Hardcore Fitness Maniacs for week of 1/14

So my alarm clock went off at it's usual 4:30 and I got up with all intentions of working out. Then I realized that my shoulder blade was feeling really good so I didn't want to aggravate it and decided to just go back to sleep for one more day. I will get up tomorrow no matter what I feel like and do something. I just want to give this a chance to get a better. I don't want to be in pain for 6 weeks again.

It was nice sleeping in. I'm raring to go now!
 
This morning I started my workout with Les Mills Combat 60 extreme cardio figter, 54 min, 318 calories. Rapid Fire 3 bonus hardcore bag mix, 35 min, 156 calories. I finished with Low Impact Series Total Body Trisets chest, shoulders, and triceps mix, 30 min, 133 calories. Total time was 1 hr 59 min and calories burned was 607.
 
Diane: Dang girl:eek: you are working these series, big ^^^^5. I'm loving Les Combat Series, omg:rolleyes: Upper body was on my rotation for this morning.............. but my upper body from doing ONLY 2 of the Les workout got me good still a bit sore. Nice workout:)
 
Today I did Cardio Coach #1. I really wanted to do the new Candace workout but didn't have an entire hour to workout. I'll do that one for sure either Thursday or Friday.

Hello :D

This morning, I did xtrain burn set; chest shoulders and back. Awesome workout, then I did the 100 rep challenge biceps OUCH started with 10's then had to drop to 5's. I decided what the heck hit the triceps 100x so I did kick backs with 5lbers and upperbody has a nice soreness :rolleyes:

Thiis morning I did Combat Power Hiit 30 min, 220 calories, I then did Art of Strenght Providence 49 min, 378 calories. I was going to do just a few rounds but once started I did the entire thing including the bonus snatches. I haven't done a good kettlebell workout in awhile:D I then did Combat Inner Warrior strength and stretch 18 min, 87 calories. Total time was 97 min, calories 685.
 
Today I did Yoga Relax by Cathe. My mind really wasn't into this today but I did it anyways. Felt good to stretch.

If you guys can say a prayer for my mom - her eye site is getting worse and she's not feeling well. I'm taking her to the doctors today. I"m hoping she doesn't have the flu. I'd really appreciate the prayers! Thanks!

No work out for me today argh……………I swear if I got an hour of sleep last night. I tossed turned all night. I’m going to Walgreens to find SOMETHING so I can sleep does anyone have any suggestions as to what I can take I just want to get a good night’s sleep. Right now, I am exhausted. I hope I can make the day.
 
Debbie, I will be praying for your mother. I know so much sickness is going around. I talked to my Dad and they were both sick last week. His wife couldn't hardly talk for all of the coughing.


Today I did Les Mills Combat 60 Extreme Cardio Fighter, 54 min, 389 calories. I then did Amy's Kickbox Surge core and Cathe's Core Max #3 with the med ball, 28 min, 147 calories. I finished with Shiva Rea's More Daily energy balance segment, 22 min, 96 calories. I don't think I could ever get into some of those progressions she does. Total time was 1 hr 50 min and calories burned 632.

Teddy, I have no idea what you could take. I used to buy simply sleep. I always had to buy tablets and cut them in half or I was groggy all day long. The best thing for me it to avoid caffeine and alcohol then I can usually sleep.
 
Today's workout was Les Mills Combat Power Hiit, 30 min, 275 cal,max hr169. I then did Cathe's Pyramid Total Body Premix skipping the w/u, 49 min, 385 cal. I finished with Combat Inner Warrior Strength and Stretch 18 min, 99 cal.. Total time 97 min and calories burned 759.

Today I did Xtrain bis and tris, and the core 1 followed by a tabatacise set.

Today was Les Mills Combat Kickstart 30, 30 min, 228 calories and Combat Core Attack 17 min, 90 calories. A friend sent me some of her XTrain workoiuts to try so I did Hardstrikes premix hardstrikes and core 1, 57 min, 444 calories. Total time was 1 hr 44min and calories burned was 762.

Roselyn, I have only used Polar Heartrate Monitors. I tried a Nike and took it back. I also tried one I purchased at Walmart and took it back. I have an FT60 but I cannot get the back open to change the battery for some reason. It is supposed to be user friendly for changing the battery. I mainly have used my F7 which seems the most accurate. What I like about these is they have settings to get your own zone and I get my VO2 Max with the FT60. My first that I had for 3 years was pretty similar. I broke it trying to change the battery myself. My F7 has to be sent in to get the battery changed. The newest one that I just bought was a cheaper one and you can change the battery yourself but, it does not have all of the settings on it the others I have do. It also does not give me an accurate HR and calorie burn. I am still going to mess with it though. Maybe try a different strap than the one that came with it. It is a FT4.
 
This morning was Les Mills Combat Kata 45, 43 min, 330 cal.. I then did the Heavybag work and 100 rep biceps from Hard Strikes 127 cal, 18 min.. I finished with X train Legs standing and floor mix, 41 min, 257 cal.. Total time was 1 hr 44 min and calories burned 714.
 
Today I did Les Mills Combat 60, 53 min and X Train Biceps and Triceps. 1 hr 44 min, 714 calories. No rest day because after tomorrow I will be out of town for a week. This will be mostly rest days. We have 2 of the grandchildren's birthdays scheduled in there:D
 
Les Mills Extreme Cardio Fighter 60 today.

No work today, so nice since it is only 20 degrees right now here in St Louis, 70 degrees on Saturday, and now today, oh well maybe I will get my rear in gear and do some stuff I have been wanting to do. My kids both off too, so my darling daughter, who is 21, SAYS she is going to do operation clean up room and closet, so we shall see. So we both said we would help each other clean out closets and such but we always get sidetracked!! :)
