I did SB, and then my back:
3 sets of 25 supermans
3 sets of 12:
wide grip barbell rows overhand
one arm rows
narrow grip underhand barbell rows
barbell deadlifts
dumbell pullovers
I found some plates at the firehouse, so I was able to up my barbell weight to 50#'s for the above exercises. The difference was wonderful. I really felt it in my delts and lats. Next time I will go to 55 or 60#'s for the deadlifts and see how that is. I love upping my weights.
Step Blast, was well, a blast. I really like that one.
It got so late, I decided to do abs tomorrow. i still have some slight DOMS in them from Monday's WO.
