Just one question-did you do Cathe's workouts as is to build the muscle or did you change something-for me her weight workouts are fast so its hard to go up in weight-I do have slow and heavy and I have never done it-I got so excited about Cathe I bought all the DVDs and there are some I have not done yet. I do have problems like with MM because I just cant seem to go up in weight-like for biceps I cant seem to go beyond 12 lbs in each hand-very frustrating. I am going to keep on keeping on though!!
