I finished my workout and have got ome cleaning done. I have so many things to do that I seem to never get caught up.
I did 4 Day Split biceps and triceps repeating Round 4 for some extra work. Then I pulled out Yoga Booty Ballet Masters and did the Goddess Booty segment just for fun

biceps hammer curl w/ twist 20# 12 reps both times
biceps traditional curl 20#8 reps, 25# 6 reps
lying triceps extension 45# barbell
lying triceps extensions dumbbells 15#
biceps crazy 8's 41# ez curl bar 24 reps
biceps dumbbell reverse curls 20# dumbbells 10 reps
triceps dips on bench feet on ball no weight
triceps pushups on high step no weight
biceps incline hammer curls w/ twist on ball 20# dumbbells 12 reps
biceps seated hammer curls on ball 20# 8 reps
triceps single arm press down green band 1st time I repeated with purple band
triceps kickbacks green band first time I repeated with purple band
biceps hanging 1 arm concentration curls w/ 1 hand on step 25# repeated
biceps wrist curls 12 # dumbbells 2 sets 16 reps then repeated.

That is to bad you were trying so hard to get it finished when you were not feeling well.
