Happy Halloween Maniacs -

This morning I did The Firm's Define & Sculpt total body weighted workout. Workout was 60" and I burned 367 calories. I used 10-20 pound DB's for this and had a decent workout. It was a lot of compound moves...so it was a lot of leg work! My legs are already toast.

Good Morning, today I started with 4Day Split Boot Camp w/up and cardio repeating drills 1-5, then I did Drill Max Premix scrambled cardio skipping the w/up. I think this was a really good combo together. When I come back from dropping the children off at school I will do 4 day split Biceps and Triceps and some yoga/stretching.

Lora, I meant to tell you yesterday that I think one of those small cartons of yogurt would be a very light breakfast. It really doesn't sound like you do that bad.

Diane Sue - that tiny yogurt is only what I eat when I'm starving at 3:00 am pre-workout and if I'm starving at night and I eat one and it does the trick, then I"m happy, but usuually, I need to eat a small amount of cereal or an apple with it at night! The yogurt is only 40 calories. I eat a 60 calorie one with my real breakfast later in the AM with my cereal. I just need to find some way to go "off" of the dried cranberries. My problem is that I get very addicted to things. Gotta run....leaving for work in a few minutes. My first day......but it's only for 4 hours.

I've been searching online for a medium length layered hair cut to show my stylist....since my hair turned out too short and straggly....but it's not her fault.....as she was only working with the other person's mess. Anyone know where to get good pics? A magazine perhaps? My computer is super slow and I'm sick of looking. I know what I want, but it seems I'm unable to verbalize it or find a picture.

Not sure what I am doing today besides working my abs. I am in a bit of a funk over yesterday. I am sure I will snap out of it.
 
Hijacking this thread for just a moment, please excuse! Lora--I was reading your post about the hairstyle you are describing---I am thinking something like a Meg Ryan-ish style? Like in Kate and Leopold I will try PM you a pic since I cannot seem to get one here--or you can google meg ryan for ideas...Just a thought!:)
 
So, I just did BBC Arms and Abs, and then did the non-TM cardio. I can't believe how much my arms were shakin! I thought after the abs, we were done, but there were more arms!!!! I wanted to cry. Talk about going to failure. The cardio was fun, but I only used my platform, since I didn't preview it first. I will use the two risers on each side next time. I am sure that would be fine.

So quite honestly, I have NOT been doing my WO's at all. Long funk I guess. But my cousin, who mostly runs, is going to be coming over as much as she can to wo with me, atleast until I can get all my motivation back. But after this WO, it shouldn't be hard now! She mostly runs, so I want to get her into weights, and I will run with her.
I also couldn't do this w/o you guys.

Char- I am sorry to hear about your job. But your self respect is the most important thing. No one deserves to be treated like a child! It will be OK, and I bet after a good WO, you will feel better.

Lora- I think your hair sounds really cute. You need a camera!!! I want to see it!

Anne- have a good WO.

Good morning!

Well, I do believe that I will have to start my own check-in for WIMPS! You wanna hear my excuse? Okay. I got to bed later than planned after averaging so few hours the past couple nights. I didn't sleep well. I woke up so tired. So I decided I would just start my first day back with a steady state spin on my bike in the basement. Certainly don't want to overdo. :p I had planned on doing Cathe's new Bootcamp workout, but honestly I was SO TIRED this morning. I'm still with that stupid sore throat, but I was still planning on doing it. So tomorrow. MARK MY WORDS!!! My weight is back to where I want it after being at my dad's. I only gained 3 pounds, but after working so hard to take it off, why does it come back on so fast?

Lora - I hope you like your first day at Walgreen's. I was thinking you could look at some of those hairstyle magazines after you get finished working. I was thinking the same thing as bella mentioned - maybe a Meg Ryan type cut? I'm also still wondering if you're maybe eating too many carbs and not enough protein and that's why you're so hungry. I'm just thinking you're body is missing something with all the calories you're burning all the time.

Toasty Girl - I bet your ex-boss is in more of a funk than you are! :p

Meg - So you and I can get back at it together. But you are off to a better start than I am. I'm not sure my body will know what to do, as I've never taken off a week before - at least I don't think so. We'll see how I do. You did great!

Diane Sue - Great workout so far! Do the grandkids have parties today? We have a daycare on campus and will be having 150 kids coming through our office trick or treating. You should SEE all of the candy we bought! Good thing I have a "no candy at work" rule b/c there's a lot of good stuff.

Meg - You've had quite a bit more going on in your life than I have, not to mention your physical condition, so give yourself a break. :) I'm so impressed with how far you've come. And what an awesome workout you had! You go girl!!!

I finished my workout and have got ome cleaning done. I have so many things to do that I seem to never get caught up.
I did 4 Day Split biceps and triceps repeating Round 4 for some extra work. Then I pulled out Yoga Booty Ballet Masters and did the Goddess Booty segment just for fun:)

I am not having a good day..
I got out early. Figured i would do the leaves...
Mulcher has a flat tire... I do not know how to fix it.
DH is out of town. My driveway was an inch deep...
Fall is pretty, but i hate leaves..

I can not do more with the blower. I am numb...
Someone please kick me to the basement to work out...
I so need to go lift... as soon as my hands un numb...

Anne- I'm buried in leaves over here too! I love the crispy pretty leaves, but the clean up is going to be a #$%^#! I'm hoping for a good strong wind to blow them in the neighbors yard. LOL!

Diane Sue - Yeah, that was a bummer about the dress, but the good news is that I was SO wiped out by last night that I honestly don't know how I would have done it. Since I couldn't get the sleeves set in b/c of that flimsy fabric I was going to have to figure out a plan "b" and my brain was fried. And I still had to hem it. I'll figure something out when my brain is more fresh so I can wear it this spring b/c it really is pretty. I hope I can save it.

Dallys - 17yo boys are ILLEGAL!!! :p

Now you have me worried! I noticed a couple other weird posts directed at Debbie, but that was awhile back. All with only 1 or 2 posts total.
