Hardcore Fitness Maniacs for Tues Oct 24

There is a move similar to the swordmen in Core Synergistics, called "Lunge and reach". Tony says to use a light weight, says to the guys that one 12lber is as high as you want to go. I use a 6lb weighted ball, or a 8lb. dumbbell. He decribes it as picking something up by your right foot and putting it up on a shelf to your left and visa versa. It's more of a functional fitness move, works your core really well.

Still no WO, do one tonight. It is really not that possible to get anything done while babysitting a 5 month old LOL! His sleeping is to unpredictable,and he is fun to play with!

I so need a WO room so I don't have to fight for the TV at night. Oh well, I always figure something out. I want to do that Jan rotation, but I need to be able to 90 min everyday, (which I would love too) but it is hard with the kiddies. Oh well. I will get it.

Gotta plan my WO for tonight. I did wind up with DOms in my back and shoulders after PUB. First time to REALLY feel that in my lats. Loved it.
Well, GH is on--better go.

Well Superhero's, the doms is starting to kick in big time in my legs. Knew this would happen. I gotta figure out if I should do leg work again tomorrow....hmmmm. And I gotta figure out what superhero I will be too. lol.

Ok, I have a minute.
Get the kiddies a tv for their room . Go to Walmart and get a 100 buck tv and throw them out of the living room.I have like 7 in my house.I would never fit all my crap in the LR.
I would have to move the furniture out.

Yes this place is goofy today. It has been a little wild here too w/ the customers. Some interesting conversations.
I still don't know what i am doing tonite.
I did call the Dr. though . I can't take this anymore.

Hope you feel better Anne! I acrtually worked out in the kitchen the other night, weights. Not sure if I can manage cardio in there. Could probably manage knowing me.

Deb and Lora- OK, I have had about enough of this already. How many friggen interruptions can Liz get??? i am thinking it is Lucky's baby. Think you were right Deb. HOPEFULLY we will find out for sure tomorrow. This is getting stressful!

Charlotte - I'm getting sore already! My calves especially. GS calf work gets me every time.

Meg - I haven't watched today's show yet, I can't believe we still don't know who the father is. Can't wait for Laura's return. I hope its a good one, from the previews it looks pretty dramatic.

Anne - I sure hope you feel better soon.
 
Geez - you've been busy today! It's been really busy at work. I'm very tired. Not getting enough sleep.

Yes - the BC video is not in very heavy rotation. I watched all AM waiting for it to come on again and it never did. Youtube.com has one posted. I think it's on page 2 (not sure) and says new after the title.

I'm not sure what to tell everyone about Barry's Bootcamp . I guess it dpends how picky you are with workouts. I think they are advanced and I was even surprised that thy're plannning on releasing to the masses via HSN.
 
Well, I completed this:

On my own using 55lb barbell:
squats- 8 2-2 count, 4 sets of 8 lowends, 8 singles
lunges- "
plies- "
deadlifts- 12 reps

PLB calves, and stability ball section

PUB abs (stability ball)

Imax 2 segments 6-10 (skipping warm up) and stretch


My moms camera will NOT download on the computer, so I just took a few CHEESY shots of my arms. I need to do legs (have to shave them first LOL) and abs. The abs will NOT be a close up since I have some stretch marks, so if I get the right angle, I will share.

I certainly am not near perfection, but better then a few months ago. Work in progress. But, I am working hard. I am working for more defintion. The pictures really suck, but it's something.
