Morning Maniacs -

This morning I did Abs Diet - Interval Cardio on the Rebounder followed by part of Strike Zone. Workout was 50" and I burned 495 calories.

I'm so stressed out about this Forum. I had to re-register and change my Forum name, etc., which I didn't want to do. I tried to get a password for my older name but nobody emailed it to me. I requested it several times. How the heck did everyone else get to keep their old names? I even had to change my email address!!

Diane Sue - I need your DH to let me know how to post my Avatar since your home site supports that for me. Please help. thanks.

I've been enjoying my Melt It Off workouts with Mitch Gaylord. I have sore abs today from doing the ab segment yesterday.

I've missed everyone since i've not been able to access the Forum.
 
I just got in myself. Had to change my user name. How frustrating!!! You'd think they'd have the "give me a new password" thing pretty down pat. It's old school programming. Whatever!

This morning I had a really good workout. Didn't feel much like doing it but once I got started I had a good one.

1:30 minutes rest between each superset

Close Grip Overhand Pullups:

Underhand Barbell Rows:

***It's safe to assume that the close grip pullups is the culprit to my forearm pain. Wow did they get tight. Not sure what I'm going to do about this. Maybe just not do them as often?

Lying Dumbbell Rows:
25's - 8/8/8

Pullovers:
40# - 10/10/10
***Good superset. Got a great burn.

CHEST
SS #3
Incline Barbell Press:
90# - 8/8/8
superset w/
Dumbbell Flyes:

***Chest felt really good with these two exercises. Got a great pump.

Dumbbell Press:
40's - 8/8/8
superset w/
Decline Flyes:
32's - 8/8/8
***Really got a great burn with these two. Chest was toast.

ABS
Step, Jump & Pump ab work

Morning Maniacs,

Today I did Amy's ASC doing the power ups first then the combos. That is a tough cardio workout! I love it.


Debbie & Lora - Nice workouts! Sorry about your user names. I know that's got to suck. Funny thing was the system emailed me my new password instantly. Wonder why it worked for some and not others?

Lora- You really don't need to host your avatar on a website anymore. You can know pick a picture that's right on your computer.

Linda - That is really weird. I did it twice and never got my password. I'll keep trying, I'd like to have my old name back. I do like how you can see the other posts when you hit reply here. That helps a lot with answering questions.

I wonder why this thread won't go to the top when someone posts on it? Why does it stay on page 2?
 
Just to confuse things, I've started another Tuesday thread!:(:eek: Couldn't find this one. I think we have 3 threads going for today.

It is sooooo frustrating that the thread won't go to the top when someone posts a new post. Hopefully that will get changed.
 
So here's my original post from the other thread.

Morning Everyone! Today will be 3 of the 10 min. trainers (hopefully, in a few minutes) and maybe, just maybe, a bike ride later. It's just so darned hot outside. My workouts are a titch on the short side lately. Can't wait for work to slow down so I can relax. DD is coming to help me again today.

Hope everyone has a great workout today! Oh! And absolutely NO JUNK FOOD!
 
Dallys - I noticed on the Open Forum that threads that are answered go to the top. I wonder why it isn't happening on there? I noticed we had a few threads going on with our checkin. LMAO!
 
Ok, I figured this out thanks to someone on the Open Forum.

To make this thread go to the top when we post, go down to the bottome of the main checkin forum screen and you select under Sorted By "Last Post Time" and then next to that select "Descending" and click on show threads.

This will bring the post to the top of the forum screen like it use too.

OK - I finally got in!!!!

How is everyone!

Today I did a butt blaster!

Reverse lunges - 20 lb dumbbells - 50 reps
ball roll outs - 20
step mill - 2 minutes
jump lunges - 20
stiff legged deadlifts - 20 lb dumbells - 15 reps
sumo squats - 40 lb - 20 reps
jump squats - 20
repeated circuit 3 times
did 2 sets of 12 push ups and 12 tricep dips.
 
I hate when I do a whole post and lose it:mad: Condensed version because I am ain a hurry is 4Day Split Kickbox w/up and cardio, Amy Bento Hi/Lo Knockout skipping combined 3&4 and doing the core work using 8&12# db's, then 4Day Split KB abs using 8&15 db's, I then did 4Day Split Biceps and Triceps, Timesaver Biceps repeating the 1 arm preacher curls on the stability ball and timesaver triceps, I finished with kpc str off of the timesaver dvd and then did 4Day Split Bootcamp stretch. I will post weights etc later. Glad everyone is finding their way back:)

Lora I will try to get you help with your avatar. I posted my own which was a first for me. I just selected a picture from my pictures then went to this site and sized it to 80pixels. I saved it to my desk top. Then I pulled it from there to drop into my profile. It was pretty easy.

Starting over too, I guess. Trying to get my picture up. Tried your suggestion, Diane Sue..didn't work for me. :mad: I hate all these changes. I like things the way they were.

Anyways, missed you all.

Will be doing a leg cycle workout today of seven cycles and I got to get on elliptical here in a few. Be back later with details. Now I am a newbie:mad:

Dallas: morning, don’t feel bad, cuz, yesterday I started us of bout 5 times, how sick is that. Eventually I’ll get the hang us this new forum. I must admit it is new and improved! This morning, I made your version of PP cakes, yummy. I only made on medium put the rest of the batter in frig, do you think it’d hold up for a few days? Hit me back, girl!

Teddygirl - Your post is there. Nice workout! I'm almost done with my 8 week rotation and was thinking of doing one body part a day and then 1/2 cardio each day. Not sure I like this idea, but I may try it.

Nice burn with CC #8!

Char - I took my picture from Photobucket and the link worked fine. Maybe do that?

I am losing it.......

None of my posts were there a second ago, DANG! guess it takes time before posting WTH knows.....

Debbie: I'm really liking it, I just need to start my workout earlier. Right now, I get up @ 4:30 EEK! start workout after coffee, vitamins, blah..blah...blah... I really would like to tack on another UB workout, I'm going to try tomorrow, get my mind set, right...

Linda - I have not yet ordered them. I am going to get them for my birthday. I am quitting my "day" job and am cutting back on expenses.

Thanks though. i think about them every morning when my grip gives out!!!
 
Linda - No, I still haven't broke down and bought a pair. I really need too. I hear the price went up. I've checked Ebay but no luck.

Teddygirl - The only downside I see to doing one body part and cardio is I'd have to eat something before my workout and I can't eat before cardio. I'll think about it and see. Wow, you get up early. I thought 5:30 was insane!
