Off to do some cardio and hopefully yoga.....but not sure cuz I overslept.

This morning was Back and Biceps. Had an excellent quick workout. My biceps were so fried I couldn't take my tank top off. LOL! I really struggled with it and dh had already left for work. Forearms were really tight too.

[font color=blue]***Really struggled with this entire superset. My wrists are screwed. After Saturday's workout I'm taking a few days off in hopes they heal. I'm not sure what's going on but it's beginning to worry me. Both wrists hurt. When I used 60# for the curls I about had tears in my eyes.[/font]

That is all. Short and sweet, this took about a 35 min. Should have done abs and I may this evening.

I started my workout this morning with 4 Day Split Kickbox cardio premix no str, then I did Amy's KickBox EX combos and intervals 1-3 then did the interval premix skipping the w/up. I have to take my granddaughters to school so when I return I will do 4DSplit abs and calves and Amy's Slo Mo abs. I will add some yoga when I am done. I am hoping Tracey ships her new dvd's pretty soon. I ordered a couple of the 12 inch versa loops for the glute camp one. I think they will be handy for the firewalkers on Cathe's too. I ordered mine from Amazon though as the shipping was so high at the place she said you could get them.

Lora, I got my lush stuff. I am looking forward to trying some out today. I think that holiday bubble bar smells awesome. Should have purchased more than one while I was paying the shipping:)

You and Lora gonna get me hooked on Lush now. Stop it! lol:p I think something is coming in the mail today..got to be.

ETA: About dd's car. She has had several flat tires as well and even the Tire place was thinking someone was doing something to the tires, but only found nothing. First, she is hanging out with bad people with bad karma. Good thing is, she won't be driving around much now until car is repaired and will be forced to be home away from crazy friends. Asked my mom to pray for her. God answers prayer in unique ways. ;)
 
Good Morning
Last night leg workout was great 4ds w/u kickbox and then legs GS legs floor work. I'm sore today:) Hurt my lower back a lttle not sure how:(. Not sure what to do today total upper body no legs though then cardio i'll have to find a premix like that on 4ds.

Hey Maniacs! I'm skipping a morning workout and heading to the store. Completely out of groceries. Gotta get some or the bad eating will start. Yowsa! Will workout after work. The plan is the Double cardio premix with HIS/LIS. But, the weather is looking good today, so it might be a bike ride. We'll see.

Char- My ds has been out of a car for a month (yeah, he wrecked it) and it's been pure torture! He's been so bored and irritating! Then, his friends pick him up and don't bring him home till way late. He finally has his truck put back together ready for paint. At least he can drive now. Just hoping he can keep his eye on the road and quit running into people....not people literally, but you know. LOL!

Off to the store...Have fun workouts everyone!:)

Unfortunately for dd her friends don't have their own car. They use her for transportation. What a crying shame!!!! HAHAHHAHAHA!!!!lol. :p Poor pitiful kids. This is gonna be good for her. Just what she needs is a break from them!!!! Her one friend cut himself up really good with a knife and was in hospital. Lawd! He has deep issues..obviously. I think he wants to be a girl..dresses in girl clothes and not sure if he prefers guys or girls so he dates both. Undecided so far. He is fine, physically speaking.
 
I ended up doing Prevention's Fight Cellulite Fast and then added on Gliding. I did the higher impact on the Rebounder cuz I've been doing too much impact Still waiting for the bike to get fixed. Workout was 65" and I burned 598 calories. I also did Ancient Yoga New You with Ginger Garner which was a bit slow moving. NOt sure if I liked this or not. Will have to try it again some time.

Toasty - I hope your packages come today. I'll be intersted to hear what you think of them. Have you ever smelled Snow Whte befpre

Diane Sue - I got my small Lush order yesterday. I oreded the Curly Wurly shampoo and King of Mods mods moisturizing hair gel. The shampoo smells so good and both are moisturizing.

Sounds like she does have some messed up friends. I'd prolong getting that car fixed as long as possible!:) Like a couple of years.}(

I did weights this morning! YES I DID! No cardio. Just weights. I did biceps, triceps and abs. I did bicep curls, hammer curls, tricep pulldowns on the Smith machine and overhead tricep extentions - 3 sets of 15 reps for each. Once again I stayed up too late (finished hemming my dress so I'm finished - yay!!!) so I didn't get up early enough to do a Cathe workout, hence no cardio.

Today our cafeteria is having a Thanksgiving dinner for $7.99 so we are all participating. We do it every year. I'll try not to eat too much pumpkin pie, although my boss told me yesterday I need to gain weight because it's not good for my heart. He told me to start drinking Ensure. :p DH said if I want to gain weight I'll just start eating Ding Dongs! :9 Of course this is the same boss who told me 5 years ago that I could lose 20 pounds, which is the weight I was when I started my weight loss in March (in my Mexico pictures - not like I was a whale!). So now I do and he tells me I should gain weight. He's funny about weight - very slender but thinks he needs to lose 4 pounds. Whatever! :)

So...tell me about these Lush products. I might have to get some soaps because I can use them in the shower, right? I could never get anything to use in the tub because we have a jetted tub and DH always said that the oils and things would clog it up. And now that we have a hot tub we don't use our jetted tub. But if they are soaps I would LOVE that! You all are such enablers!!!

I finished my workout did all both 4day split core segments & calves Slo Mo core and Rainbeau Mars Dawn yoga bonus segment.

Lora, I used some of my new Lush products. I tried the Flying Fox shower gel (smells good!!), Shampooed my hair with the Cynthia Stout shampoo(it is pretty strong smelling but I like it. I really didn't notice much of a beer smell to it) then I used the Veganese Conditioner (liked the strong citrus smell). My hair was soft and shiny. I do think I might need something for the ends if I use that conditioner daily though. I am saving the bath melt and holiday bubble bar for when I have more time to sit in the tub.

Hey Soap Crazies!

I bought some Lush soaps (they were the body scrub type) a few years back and was so dissapointed when they only lasted for about 2 baths a peice. I think I spent $40 on 3 soaps and got maybe 6-7 baths out of that, that's only one week! How long do the normal type soaps last? I have been in a Lush store and I could spend all day in there smelling all the wonderful smells and looking at the beautiful soaps and things. But, Geez! Mucho expensive for how long they last!
Also, how is Villianess compared to Lush?

Suz - I have no clue whats going on with my wrists. They feel bruised if that makes any sense. Right along where the pinky finger runs all the way to almost my elbow but not quite. Both arms. Weird.
 
Just finished eating. :) I had turkey, mashed potatoes, gravy, sweet potatoes (they only gave one little tiny one so that's good since it looked like it had some kind of sugary stuff on it), corn, a wheat roll (probably not 100% whole wheat though) and 2 bites of pumpkin pie. The pie was kind of watery THANK GOODNESS so I threw it out. So I guess not as bad as it could have been. I made them take the ham off my plate. Now I need a nap! :p

Debbie - That is really strange. And that it's in both wrists. I wonder what's up. You might have to go get it checked out if your time off doesn't heal it. Although you know that some injuries take 6 weeks off to heal, right?

Dallys - You could have HAD the pumpkin pie! It wasn't worth the calories though. :)

Suz - I hope I don't have to wait 6 weeks. There's no way I can do that. They aren't hurting right now. It comes and goes. Very strange. Yum, your lunch sounded awesome! I can't wait for next Thursday!

Well I didn't get ANYTHING in the mail but junk mail! I was so infuriated!!!! Just kidding. Disappointed..yeah.
