Hardcore Fitness Maniacs for Thurs Nov 15

Before I forget, did you all here about how some women are offended by Santa's "ho ho ho" so I heard they want to change it to "ha ha ha". This is not a joke. This is for real. How ridiculous!!!! I think if one were offended then one would be a "ho ho ho". lol
 
I don't think Lush's soaps are as moisturizing as Villainess'. Although I do use both. Lush has a cream soap that I use after their regular soap. No soap lasts long for me, especially if you use a washcloth. If you use a shower poof....they last longer.

Diane Sue & Toasty - Got my Jai Mahal today and it smells really good. Need to see if there is any left. Must have more. I have 2 small bags with handles packed full of soap!! Yikes....at least I'll never get dirty!

I wonder what happened to Tracey's DVDs this week. Thought we'd have them by now. There must be a hold up. Can't decide if I should do Amy weights tomorrow or my other new Patrick, Kitchen Sink.

Your a very sick woman with those soaps! 2 BAGS FULL????? Gosh! I am down to just a few slivers of soaps left. They are almost all gone except for Mosh which smells nasty and the one I got for dh which is manly. lol.
 
Alright I am done with cardio. I started half way thru Step Blast...not in the mood for it so I decided to go on elliptical instead. First set it on Fat Burn. Didn't like this setting as I never tried it before. Kept telling me to decrease my hr when I wanted to increase..what kind of burn is that when you feel you aren't working hard enough. Burned 35 cals with that then set on level 10 and on random setting for 30 mins. Better. All and all burned 250 cals. Not alot, but happy with it. Now I got to do abs before I go to bed. Something different as my body has adjusted too much to ab ripper which is now just too easy for me and all the others hard now.
 
I have been busy getting things ready for Saturday. Eating today was
1Coffee ( I dumped 1/2 scoop of protein powder in it)
2salad with small amount of roast and some feta sprinkles fat free ranch and bbq sauce, white tea with pomegranite
3baked apple with lean dessert protein cinnamon roll and fat free sour cream, decaf chai tea
4chicken breast with yellow squash tomato garlic basil cooked together and topped with parmesan cheese

Lora, Tracey was mailing the dvd's out today. She said most of us would have them by Saturday.

Dallys, I have not used the lush soap yet other than samples. I bought my first bar this time. The Flying Fox Shower Gel smells nice and I liked it really well. I like the Villainess soaps. Some have more scent than others. They seem to last quite awhile.

Charlotte, LOL on the ha ha s and the ho hos. That is silly.

Strive Shoulder Press: 3x12x50
Stable from last week. The last set was a struggle tonight. My shoulders continue to be my biggest challenge to make gains.

1-Arm Trotter Shoulder Press: 2x12x30
Stable

Seated Side Raises: 3x12x10's
Stable

BB Upright Row: 3x12x30
Stable

BB Curl: 2x12x40, 12x30
I would have went for a 3rd set @ 40lbs, but I did something to my right wrist

Preachers: 3x12x45
This one is finally getting a little easier. It's still tough at 45 lbs!

Tricep Pushdowns: 3x12x140
I went all 3 sets @ 140 lbs,yay

It was pretty late when I got to the gym tonight (8:15pm), so I did not do any cardio. The cardio gods are going to zap me good
