Hardcore Fitness Maniacs for Month of November

I am back. We left town for a few days to be with my Dad. Would have liked to have left sooner really. I really hated to leave alone him after my stepmother's funeral but he is so independent that he wanted to stay behind despite that we asked him to come with us.
I am hoping for a workout tomorrow then errands for the new puppy and prep for our Thanksgiving trip. I will check back tomorrow. It has been a long day.
 
Today was Pyramid Upper for me, have not done in a long time had a good workout

So excited, my son got home last night from school, both my babies home, PRICELESS. Get to spoil him until sunday!!! He has grown up so much since he left for college, amazing.

I did 20 minutes of Hiit and d-4 chest shoulders and biceps.BBL my son forgot his lunch got to take something to eat:rolleyes:
 
This mornings workout started with 5 minutes on the spin bike to warm up, then I did Great Glutes w/up, first compound exercise group, glidimng disc, 23 min, 159alories, I then did X train chest, back and shoulders timesaver rnds 1-6 plus core 1, 51 min, 400 calories. I finished off with some foam rolling atra stretching. Total time was 74 min and calories burned 559.
Got to get out for errands so I will check back later.
 
Workout is done. I started with the Warm up from X train biceps and triceps, then did Quick Fix KneeHab prehab and kneehab 1, followed with X train biceps and triceps and finished with The Art of Flow Yoga with Zuzana first stretches, last stretches and inversions. Total time was 1 hr 47 minutes and calries burned 388. I spent extra time pausing on the Prehab segment which is mainly myofascial stuff and then did the knee hab 1 which did not require the balls. I ended up using the balls a little but picked up the foam roller for some stuff. On knee hab I used my strap and when she used a towel on the floor for some ankle stuff I d my gliding discs. This seems to be a really good dvd and well thought out. It progresses to a knee hab 2 when you gain strength and flexibility back then there is a knee how which is advanced sequence for healthy knees and for athletes. I spent 36 minutes with this dvd.
 
Today I started with X 10 low impact only doing the first 10 min including the warm up, the going to the floor and coming up was just too uncomfortable for the knee, I then did Lean Legs and abs core and barre, 24 minutes, I gollowed with Xtrain Delt bonus 13 min., then went on to do Quick Fix KneeHab prehab and kneehab 2, 35 min.. I finished with Art of Flow Yoga with Zuzana, 30 min..Total time was 1 hr. 52 min, 509 calories.
