Hardcore Fitness Maniacs for Month of March

3 days off of working out so today I got up and did URX-MT Patrick Goudeau Extreme Metabolic Training, 45 minutes, 370 calories. I have to get out and clean the shelter out and prepare for house lookers. 1 more week of STS Meso 3 this next week.

Teddy, it is so good to see you back at it. Yes the workouts really do help how we feel and look :)

Roselyn, I am not familiar with Toby Massenburg but you are keeping up what appears to be good workouts that are well rounded with weights and cardio.
 
Today was Cardio Coach #1. I have a sinus thing going on so it was hard to get started, but once I did I did well. Had a great workout.

37 minutes total, burned 330 calories and ran 2.25 miles. :)

This morning I did STS disc 34 chest and back minutes, 434 calories. STS , Ab Circuits, Yoga inspired abs, 15 minutes, 48 calories,. Z Cut 1 power yoga, 18 minutes, 96 calories. Total time was 1hour 41 minutes. Calories burned
578 calories.

Teddy, how are you doing?? Workouts ?? I would love to see you here and sticking to the workouts :)

Today I did the Upper Body premix of STS Total Body. Love that one because it's so short. :) Had a great workout! I also did the Giant Set Abs workout on that DVD also.

Teddygirl - I'm with Diane Sue - where are you? Don't quit now, keep up your momentum. We need to see you posting on here.
 
Today I did URX-MT Gay Gasper Cardio Metabolic Intervals, 53 minutes, 424 calories. I then did P90X+ abs/core plus, 22 minutes, and Yoga Shatki, core/abs, shoulder openers, and lunge segments, 22 minutes. Total time 97 minutes and 661 calories burned.

Debbie, I like those shorter workouts. These on the STS mesocycle 3 are so long. This is my last week though then a break and on to Gym Styles :)

Today I just didn't have it in me to run on my treadmill. Or do any other type of cardio either. So I just did Yoga Stretch by Karen Voight. I needed it, my muscles are starting to get all tight again. I feel pretty good right now. The sinus thing is kicking my butt, though. All I want to do is sleep.

I started with STS disc 40 legs, 62 minutes, 437 calories. I then did 20 minutes on the tread climber, 220 calories, and finished with STS extended stretch, 15 minutes, 52 calories. Total time was 97 minutes and calories burned 709.

Debbie, I have had something that has kept me coughing and stuff. I don't know if it is a virus or my allergies. Rest is probably the best thing with the sinus troubles.
 
Today I did a lower body workout on my own and had a great workout. My right knee hurt a bit today, that is the one that has been bothering me for a long time now. I wish it would stop hurting. Still had a great workout, though.

This is what I did:

Barbell Squats - 65# - 3 sets of 10 reps

Static Lunges - 12's - 3 sets/10 reps

Elevated Deadlifts - 55# - 3 sets 10 reps

Leg Press Station w/Calf Presses - 120# - 3 sets 10 reps (alternated between leg press and calf raises. Did 3 sets of 10 for the leg press and 3 sets of 20 for the calf presses)

Butts & Guts Outer Leg Raises w/Stability Ball - These kill, wanted to add them in

Diane Sue - I have a sight cough as well. Hope it goes away soon!

Teddygirl - Where are you? Don't give up again. You need to keep pushing yourself!!!!

Roselyn - Nice workouts!!! You always kick butt!
 
Today I did URX-MT Greg Cook metabolic Interval and Circuits, 49 minutes, 430 calories. I then pulled out some compilation dvds that I got when I ordered URX-MT and the rebounder. I have had these not work in my dvd players and decided to try again. Apparently this player worked fine and I did Core Bound which was 37 minutes and calories burned 149 calories. I liked this. It was more yoga piates and some strength with core emphasis. Total time was 86 mins and calories burned 579.
Today was our 41st anniversary and we have been out most of the day. Too much eating I think.

Teddy, please come back and post workouts. I know they will help.

Debbie, nice workout choice. The Butts and Guts addition is a good one :) I am tired of the coughing myself.

Today I did Cardio Coach #3 and had a fairly decent workout. I like this workout and CC #1, they are short and sweet.

Workout was 37 minutes total, ran 2.25 miles and burned about 335 calories.

No workout yesterday. I just wasn't feeling up to it. Hopefully I can get in a little cardio tomorrow.
This morning I did STS disc 36, shoulders, biceps and triceps, 375 calories 61 minutes. ( I think it was longer than that but that is what the workout card says). I then did URX-MT Keli Roberts Maximum Metabolic Interval, 49 minutes, 351 calories. Total time 1 hr 50 minutes and calories burned 726.
 
Today I did Press Play but only did Challenge 1, 2 and 3 due to time. I was hoping to get the 4th challenge in as well but no such luck.

Workout was 50 minutes total, I ran 2.75 miles and burned about 445 calories.
 
Today I did the Greg Cook workout that I just purchased on it's own. I really liked it. It was URX Extreme Conditioning, 56 minutes, 491 calories. I then did Great Glutes Timesaver #4 minus the warm up, compound, gliding disc, and bonus chair. 40 minutes, 241 calories. Workout was 96 minutes, calories 732.
 
I started with X10 Step, 26 minutes, 208 calories. I then used the Tread Climber for 32 minutes, 328 calories. I finished with Lean legs and abs abs only, 10 minutes, 50 calories. 586 total calories 68 minutes. I have to scramble. We have someone wanting to buy our house and close May 4. I am going to be busy packing :eek:
