Hi guys - i forgot to add that I also did the cardio X from the P90x - I only ordered the Plyo and cardio workout for that.

The ball roll-ins and pikes are separate from the bowflex thing. The roll-ins and pike are the same ones on the Cathe PUB workout.

For the bow flex thing, I sit on the ball, facing the leg extension piece of the bow flex. I put my knees over the first piece and put my feet under the second piece, like you are doing a leg extension, except I am facing the other way. Then I slide the ball in and hang - head down toward the floor and raise up - like a roman chair sit up. Make sense? I guess I could have my hubby take photos and post them. It is quite strenuous and something different.

I finished my workout. Here is what I did:

LEGS:

Squats W/U 2 sets/15 60# bb
Squats 4 sets/6 150# bb
Leg Press 85# 4 sets/8
ATG Squats 110# bb 4 sets/8

Smith Machine Deadlifts 100# and 15x's for warmup
Smith Machine Elevated DL's 130# 4 sets/8 (I could literally feel how jiggly my abs were doing these as it takes alot of ab power to pull up and down a heavy bar like that. Although most would laugh as you cannot see the fat too much at all, I can feel it from the inside)

BB Calf Raises warmup with 60# and 50x's
BB Calf Raises 3 sets/20 with 130#

Ab workout: Muscle Max

**Also did plyo's inbetween sets of leg workout and dance moves..twisted, jumping, hopping, etc. to burn off fat around mid section. And I have no idea how many cals I burned, but guess about 200 as I really was sweaty***

Right after, I had my protein shake and 3 scrambled eggs and then immediately went on elliptical:

Burned 300 more cals
Traveled 3.5 miles
Avg Speed 6 mph (feeling tired at this point)
38 mins

Gonna meet with Coni. Another Catheite. Gonna meet for lunch and go to mall. Cannot wait!!!!!
 
Hey Maniacs,

Its late, but I am here. Took kids to the aquarium today, it was a lot of fun.

This morning was supersets with three sets of five and 60 second rest.

Chest/Back
Flat Barbell Press
8/8/8 - 108#
Double Arm Rows
5/5/8 - 40's

Quads/Shoulders
Squats
5/5/6 - 110#
Dumbbell Press
5/5/5 - 30#

Biceps/Triceps
Barbell Curls
5/5/5 - 58#
Close Grip Press
5/5/5 - 88#

Then did hanging ab work.
