Hardcore Fitness Maniacs for JUNE 2022!!

Today I woke up feeling amazeballs!!! My dad sure figured out what was going on with me and since I have been addressing the issues for the last couple of days, wow on the difference I am feeling now. Today I had a kicka$$ workout, I started with walking on the TM uphill, 6.0 incline to 5.0 for 45 minutes, traveled 2.4 miles and burned 407 calories. Next, I did the total body circuit, 3 rounds and each set x 12 reps. I added ABS at the end and a good stretch. Workout time was 1 hour 21 minutes and I burned 658 calories. I listened to the Bee Gees while walking and found myself dancing and singing without realizing it. What fun! I had my garage door up; my neighbors probably think I am a nut job :)

Incline Bench Press- 20's x 12, x 12, x 12

Rowing Machine on the hardest level (Back and Legs) x 40 strokes, x 40, x 40 This is tuff stuff

Upright Rows- 12's x 12, x 12, x 12

Seated W Curls- 12's x 12, x 12, x 12 (go heavier next time)

Lying Cross Body Triceps Ext.- 12# x 12, x 12, x 12 (go heavier next time)

ABS- 6 exercises


I feel so good I could run a marathon right now! Also, I have slept through the night for the last 3 nights without waking up, I have not done that in over 10 years!

Debbie, how fun to go to the Amish Country! I am so glad that you got to go, I know you go every year and really enjoy it. Nice job on the workouts the last two days. Next time I get a fitness tracker I am getting the one you have, it has so many features.

My husband comes home today from back East, he has been gone 7 days, I can't wait to pick him up from the airport today! Make it a wonderful day.

Today I did CDorner Crazy Fun Dance, Kickboxing, & Stretch Mash up. This was another one that did 15 minutes for each section plus a short warm up and cooldown. I liked it a lot and time went by quick. Total time was 51 minutes, 3,742 steps, heart rate 107/146, 174 calories.

Belinda, nice work with SBF stretch today.

Debbie, prayers for your cat. Great job with the workout yesterday. Your day in the Amish community sounds fun. I looked at the Heavy Bag with Kelly and Zack. I am going to do that one soon. Maybe tomorrow, along with weights. I will have to see what time frame I have. You are getting in some really good workouts.

Jolie, what a great workout. That is wonderful that your Dad helped you figure out what you needed. I am sure your neighbors probably wish they could have so much fun working out as you are having :)

Today I did Michelle Briehler 45 min Full Body Super Set Burn. That was a great tough workout with little rest. It is hot too, but we didn't turn on the air cause it's going to be cooler the rest of the weekend. It was 84 degrees in my workout room but really breezy, so with the ceiling fan on it wasn't too bad. I seem to workout better in heat than cold. Maybe because my muscles are warm. Anyway, I was able to power through and it felt great. I so enjoyed my neice. What an awesome young woman she is. She is going to be a great doctor. It was sad to see her go.

Diane, I have to check out that workout. It sounded interesting. It looked like she is by herself. I just haven't been thrilled with her background exercisers lately. A couple of them are really uncoordinated and a distraction for me. Not a good choice.

Jolie, glad you are feeling great. Good workout!

Debbie, good workout today. I never cared for KCM'S music. I can tell she isn't a music person but I love her weight workouts. I've only done a couple Fuel workouts and find them more enjoyable and not overkill but challenging. I plan to do more of them.

I am so tired and can't wait to hit the hay.

I called the heart hospital today about my appointment. They told me all of their pulmonologists were gone. Then I mentioned who was going to read the results on my chest CT and she said none of the doctors they had on their list were accepting new patients. This is ridiculous. Anyway, I gathered sending the results to my primary was a no. She put me on hold and called me back and said the doctor I was seeing said she would check the results from wherever she has gone and call me with the results. She left that profession or something. If they find something I am going to have fun finding another pulmonologist.

Cam, I have dismissed some of her workouts without trying them because of her guests. She was on her own for this one. I prefer the workouts with her alone myself. Kelly has some workouts on her Raw channel with fun music. Also her son's sing and she has used some of theirs on her Raw workouts. The music is better on a lot of them than on the dvds. I do think some of her newer dvds are better than the old ones.
