PM me your addy and I will give to you. Basically, 4 weeks of heavy, 4 weeks of lighter, last 4 weeks of more reps..like 15 and even lighter with weights. There is a diet plan too, but personally, I don't agree with it too much as I think it would cause me too gain even more weight. lol.
