Hardcore Fitness Maniacs for 3/26

Today was total body and I started over and doing the beginning of this rotation. I didn't want to because it's 5 reps and I always go way too heavy with the 5 reppers, but I tried to contain myself this morning and I think I did well. I definitely could have gone heavier, but I don't want to risk injury anymore.

3 sets/5 reps with 1 minute rest between each set.

Flat Barbell Bench Press - 85#

Barbell Rows - 70#

Swauts - 85#

Elevated Stiff Legged Deads - 75#

Barbell Curls - 50#

Close Grip Bench Press - 70#

Then I did the ab work from Cardio & Weights.
 
bis, tris and shoulders

shoulder press, 45#
barbell curls 45#
Tri extension, double arm 20#

shoulder lat raise 18#
bicep curl on ball 20#
Tricep one arm extension 18#

shoulder bent delt raise 18#
concentration curl 20#
cross body kickback 16#

3 sets, 6 reps and then a little ab work
 
This morning I did Les Mills Step 31 min, 319 cal. I then did Cathes cardio supersets 42 min 383 calories . Total time 73 min calories 701.
 
Hi WD... i have been wanting to purchase a les mills step dvd cant find. I saw on BB they had his body pump but it was all using barbell. Where can i get it??
