Sunday 0 2 hour hike
Today - muscle endurance

Debbie Linda - dragon flags may not be for me. i really tweaked my neck and feel extreme fatigue in low back.

I guess I am just not strong enough or too old!
 
Shana - Sorry you are having a rough time of things right now! Years ago I use to get pain when I ovulated, wasn't fun, so I feel for you.

- I wouldn't be disheartened about the dragon flags. I can't do them right now either. It is definitely a move that needs to be worked up to SLOWLY so you don't get hurt.

It's been quite a while!! I've been popping in from time to time....but haven't posted.

I had to post cuz I see Diane Sue bought Kettlebells!! Woohoo.

Great Workouts everyone.

Not sure if anyone will see this tonight....so I'll try and check in tomorrow. I work late again tomorrow, so I'll probably be busy with another 2.5 hour workout like I did today.

I didn't get my Amy's yet, but I got my CIA's and go the Amy one in there...but i have another amy copy Kickbox Surge coming if someone wants to throw a few bucks my way for it. It looks good....might do part of it tomorrow...but I'm doing David Kirsch 7 Day Prescripton this week and tomorrow's Chest & Tri's and I'll add cardio and yoga in.
