I posted on the wrong thread on Sunday, still on the January thread, oh well. I have been walking a lot! In the past 4 days I have walked over 16 miles and my feet are now feeling it. Today I did a 3.6 mile walk in the morning and another 1.5 mile walk this afternoon, each walk through the hills. My husband is doing better today after his surgery on Friday, but it will be a slow recovery. Tomorrow I am going to do a short dog walk and hopefully try out one of my new Cathe dvds. My back still has a spasm type feeling but it is definitely getting better.

Great job on the workouts everyone!

Diane Sue, that looks like a killer lower body workout! I need to preview those new workouts by Cathe.

I wish I had time each day to do a dog walk and one body part workout per day. Looking back, that was the best way for me to workout and see great results. Hopefully soon I can do that again.

Debbie, great job on Box & Pump.

Roselyn, nice job on STS Chest.

Belinda great that you were able to get in an indoor walk and an outdoor walk today.

Jolie, a nice work on the walks. I hope you can find the time for one of those workouts that you purchased. When I am short on time I just do premixes that are shorter. Some of Cathe's workouts have short body part premixes. I like to take just a body part or two off of ones like Pyramid Pump.

This morning I did RAW Lower Lift & Kick. I had a great workout, I really like this workout. I especially like the leg exercises she does in this one, they are all good exercises.

Each exercise is 1 minute

Elevated Heel Squats: 25#
R/L Chamber Kicks
Repeat

Glute Squat: 40#
R/L Back Kicks
Repeat

Deadlifts/Squat Ups: 30#
Knee Circle/Twist
Repeat

Alternate Side Lunge: 30#
R/L Side Kick
Repeat

Workout was 42 minutes, burned 262 calories, HR was 120/160.

Jolie - I hope your husband is recovering well, what kind of surgery did he have? Hope he's ok. Great job on your walks, hope you can get to the new workouts soon!

Roselyn - Great job with STS chest. Love that workout!

Belinda - Great job with your walks. Hope you are feeling good. How are you eyes doing?

Diane - Great workout yesterday! How are you feeling lately? Is your rib area getting better? My brother bought the Bod Pod too, he is having a similar issue with his ribs. He said it is helping him a lot.

Have a great day everyone!

Hi,

Walk outside is done. I had to cut it short, it was getting very cold. DH, Sadie and I checked on the RV at the RV storage. We also moved a few things back into the RV. We had to empty the entire RV before we went to Alabama.

Diane - great job on Lift Move Restore Total Body yesterday.

Debbie - great job on your Raw Lower Lift & Kick today. Thanks for asking, my left eye is doing great. Still having trouble with my right eye. I hope until I see the doctor again, I have better vision on my right eye.

Jolie - wishing your husband a speedy recovery. What surgery did he get? I must have missed it. I hope your back feels better.

Good night.

Today I did I started with a CDorner Beginner Cardio and changed my mind after 10 minutes and did Raw Kickbox One on One, 40 minutes, 254 calories, heartrate 135/171, 3,127 steps. I finished with Raw Yoga Stretch, 15 minutes, 34 calories. Total time 55 minutes, 288 calories. I had my grandson here today. I doubt I will get in workouts the next two days.

Debbie, Good job on Raw Lift and Kick. I like that one a lot too. I was eyeing it and then thought One on One was one I had not done, but I did do it before. My ribs are a lot better. Occasionally I feel it when I skip a few days of stretching and using the back pod. It is much better though. I am glad it is helping your brother a lot. Bob and Brad had the inventor on their show and recommended it.

Roselyn, nice work on STS Triceps and 10 minute hiit.

Belinda, nice job on the walk. It was 79 yesterday and today it is in the 30's and windy. Very cold outside. When we had our Fifth Wheel, we had a concrete pad put in the back yard and widened the driveway. It was nice being able to do that. The homeowner's Association does not let people park in their driveways or yards here. I liked it when I could just go in and out with stuff from home or do a thorough cleaning. Pretty soon you will be able to get a lot of use out of your RV. I thought maybe we were having early spring.

My husband had Hernia surgery and boy was that a big deal, you cannot do anything much for 10 days but really 6 weeks for full recovery.

Yesterday I forgot to check in since I took my husband to his follow up doctor appointment. I walked the pup 4.5 miles in the am and 2.1 miles in the pm. It was the first time in a long time that he did not bark at the coyotes all night long. Wow I have to walk 7 miles to get that little pistol to sleep at night! The good news is, I lost 5.6 pounds since Christmas and got all of my holiday weight that I gained off! My legs are very lean from the walking too, my jeans finally fit great! Today I wanted to try my new workout from Cathe and my darn dvd stopped working during the warmup portion of the workout. I ended up doing CL, All In Upper Body instead and had a good workout. My new dvd that I just ordered on Amazon will be here on Friday afternoon. My dvd player was probably 15 years old!

Debbie, great job on the lift and kick workout, that looks like a really fun one! My legs are so tired from all of this uphill walking I do not think I could do a lower body workout right now :)

Belinda, we have mild weather here on the west coast, I think it is normal for the La Nina weather we have this year. We need rain so bad; all the hills are just brown. Where are you going next in your motor home for vacation?

Diane Sue, great job on the workout yesterday. I need to do some yoga and stretching too, I am so still lately. I think that is why my back hurts so much lately.

Roselyn, great job on the STS workout.

I hope you all have a great day.

This morning I did RAW Kickboxing #5 and had a great workout. I really like this one a lot. I used my 1.5# egg weights until the last segment and then stopped using them because the last segment is really fast.

Workout was 40 minutes, burned 343 calories, did 4073 steps and HR was 142/184. I don't think it got up that high, though.

Roselyn - Great job with your workout!

Belinda - I bet you miss the RV. I'm sorry to hear your right eye isn't quite right, I think that can happen. Hopefully it will get better for you.

Diane - Great job with your workout yesterday. I've done the One-on-One once and honestly can't remember if I liked it or not. LOL!! Glad you are doing better! Hope it stays that way!

Jolie - My dad had hernia surgery years ago and it is a big deal. He was laid up for quite a while. Sorry your DH had to go through that. Nice job with your walks, cool to hear you lost 5 pounds. Holy smokes!! Bummer about your DVD player, at least they still make them! LOL!!

Have a great day everyone!
