Morning Fitness Maniacs -
This morning I did Cardio Coach Volume 6 using my rebounder, the floor and an incline step. I did my own stretch at the end because all that is provided on the CD is a relaxation (which I found odd).
This is the volume with a woman coach. She's okay, but I like Sean better. Sean has a sense of humor. This workout didn't feel as challenging as 4 & 5 to me. The intervals seem to last longer in 4 & 5 and from doing Cardio Coach, I've realized that is a weakness of mine that needs worked on. I'm fine keeping my intensity up for 1 minute, but 3 minutes......I need to practice at (or maybe I'm starting to get better at it already and that's why I thought this was easier cuz this had quite a few 3 minute drills)! This is one of the reason's I love Cardio Coach. I now have them all and it is supberb cross training because each Volume has a different set of challenges where your heart rate stays at a certain level for certain amounts of time. I also liked the other Cardio Coach's that had a stretch at the end better.
Don't take the above the wrong way.....as this was still an excellent workout. My face was beat red when I was finished.
Sabrina - I'm late with my check in cuz I was waiting for MTV.com to load to check the status of my order (slow computer....errrrr). The odd thing is that the only item I rec'd shipping notification for is the item I payed $9 for. Everything else says "processing". We'll see what happens. They have all of the prices fixed on the site now!
