Morning Ladies -
This morning I did 30 minutes of Gliding "Fat Blasting Cardio" and about 25 minutes of Sweat 5-6 Power 90 Masters. I didn't have time to do yoga today
Gliding was more like Better Burn, Better Buns than it was like I thought it would be. I was expecting it to be more like sliding. Makes me want to break out my old slide board even more now. I did double time the gliding movements to make it more aerobic. I wonder if the DVDs on her website are more aerobic during the gliding segments and faster? It was a pretty good aerobic workout in that you do hi/lo cardio in between the sections with the discs.
I thought Diana Sue was back from vacation.....what a dunce cap I am!
I still don't feel very well. I'm sort of achy and was in the bathroom again all night. I will take a rest day on Saturday this week. I don't really want to stray from my written rotation though. I'm so anal about stuff like that.
New Turbo Jam's come out tomorrow and they're supposed to be hour long ones and more advanced. I can hardly wait.
