Morning Ladies -
This morning was supposed to be my rest day, but I opted for a little cardio and yoga. I did Pam Cosmi' Steppin' Rhythm, warmup, block 2 and cool down (45 min). I just started working on this block a few weeks ago.....didn't trip over my feet and fall off of the step! If anyone wants a challenging, complex step DVD...this is it!
I also did Altar of the Heart by Tilak Pyle which is an hour an 15 minutes of yoga shot in the Blue Ridge Mountains. It was really good. I won't go into details cuz it doesn't seem like many of you are really into yoga. I just know yoga is making me feel a lot better and I need to find more time to practice it. It really opens my hips. I just need to figure out what's causing my pain to flare (shoulder blades/traps/neck).
Terri - sorry to hear about your father. I hope he is doing better. My Mom fell last week and hit the ground so hard that she was almost knocked unconscious, so she's recovering with bruised ribs, etc. She's not allowed to do anything for 2 weeks. She didn't have x-rays but the doctor doesn't think she broke anything, but she's badly bruised.

Hi to everyone else. Have great workouts. I'm off to soak in the tub and read my Oxygen. We're going to see Ultraviolet and 16 Blocks this weekend. I'll let everyone know how they are.
