Hardcore Fitness Maniac Hotties for 11/13

Yeah, I hope it feels better in a week b/c right now it feels like I did a heavy shoulder workout! And I am working shoulders tomorrow. We have a couple gals here who do Reiki and they both did Reiki on it. I never feel anything when they do that. They've done it before on me when I've had migs.

Linda - That just sucks about your hands. That would freak me out!

Diane Sue - I can't believe you have pneumonia!!! Good grief. You better rest up. I'm glad he gave you a shot. At least that will get into your system faster. Please take care of yourself.

I have been doing really well with my eating...I normally do. I know they say eat clean at least 80% of time, I am usualy about 95%. Very seldom do I cheat...except for those brownie bites this week! I am doing even better now that I have found myfitnesspal (thanks agian to whomever posted that!)

Ok, off to another meeting then to have my permanent crown put on. Schedueled for a cardio workout today but that will depend on how I feel when I leave the dentist.
 
Dallys - Okay, can you tell me for the 15th time how you steam your sweet potatoes? I steamed some Sunday and I peeled them and cut them up and they turned kinda black. :eek: Oh - and the water ran out of the bottom of the pot b/c I was also making dinner at the same time and wasn't paying attention. But they turned black before I burned the pot. Yup, I'm GREAT in the kitchen alright. :p I made this steak stew that I found on the Bodybuilding site and DH loves it!
 
Well gonna have to get today's workout in tomorrow. I had too much fun cleaning..could not pull myself away. Was listening to some meditation music while cleaning and watch Speck getting hypnotized. Hilarious! Anyhow, I was cleaning stuff most people would never think of cleaning. lol. You don't wanna know. I just feel relieved when all the cleaning is done.
 
Great job on the cleaning Char; I know, it's a good feeling to get it taken care of. I have only been doing minimal cleaning this week because of work demands. Usually Saturday before bf comes over is my main house cleaning time, but he is *super* swamped with work, has to work this weekend, so I'm going down to see him and maybe help him with his place. He claims to be kinda bummed about the state his apartment is in, but I don't think it really bothers him that much, lol.

I am a bit impatient with learning new cardio as I always feel pressed for time, but I decided to learn a bit of Amy's hi lo dome challenge. I've done the dome part several times but never the cardio till today. It's getting a bit shameful, though, how many un-learned cardio dvds I have. I learned through interval two and then did a 20 min segment from Yoga Zone's Stretching for Flexibility.
