This has been a crazy morning. I got up and did my cardio first thing. Was out of protein powder so put on eggs to boil. My package just came though so now I have my protein powder and stuff. I started my workout with I Max 3 stopped at the stretch and added on Amy Bento's 10 min solution HotBody Bootcamp cardio and drills. I burned 530 calories dooing I Max3 and 193 calories doing Hot Body Bootcamp segments and finished with I Max stretch. Total cardio calories was 723. Then I took granddaughter to school, went to dd's house to get Olivia(the baby) before I took my other granddaughter to her school and Olivia was not dressed or ready, my grandson said I had to wait to take him to his school:0 (Didn't know I was taking him too) and their Dad was in the shower. I got everybody delivered in time though. Then had to pick up my other grandson from the doctors office. I did finally get back in there and do my weight work. Same as I did last week.

I have to leave again here in a bit to do a store stop and pick up children. Made some brownies for the kids. Gosh, I hope they are gone before I am left alone with them
