I ate 1,796 calories today! And I did it all eating clean! I found a website that calculates the calories, carbs, protein and fat for pretty much any food item so I've been calculating my meals then saving them in a journal since I tend to eat the same meals...that way I have the info. Meow...I love salmon! Actually any fish. It's so good for you. I'm like Diane Sue, I eat the albacore in water. Usually wrap it in w/g tortilla with hummus, lettuce and cucumber slices.
