Still no dvd from beachbody
I guess I will try calling again tomorrow. Customer service never did answer my e mail.
Dallys, does that Total Body Solution stop at the knees?? I was hoping that it would go all the way to the feet. I had to try turning my head last night and I can put my chin over my shoulder comfortably. That makes me think of the stretch on P90X stretch where you hold your hands like you are driving a car and turn your head. I can use the shoulders and low back though even the hip area if they do anything for that?? Those fast runs sound like the ones on Barry's Boot Camp. I know I never go as fast as they are saying. My max is 8 mph. I used to get up to 10 but haven't pushed myself that hard in years.
Debbie, I can't remember which workout it was I was doing and they kept saying joggers at 6-7 mph. I thought I was running when I did that.
Suz, I wonder why your weight makes a difference in your bones. Only way I could see that is if you weren't eating well nutritionally. Do you make sure you take calcium supplements. Maybe some glucosamine/chondroitin would help. I take these along with actonel because I have osteo arthritis. I kind of want to compare it to my great Dane being better off with large breed dog food and not allowed to get too heavy because it is hard on her joints. And look at you, you have muscular legs
I bet you felt great.
