Hardcore Extreme DVD

Yes, the full set of leg drills from Kick Max are included in HCE #3 in the last 20 minutes of the workout. This one is my favorite HCE workout, next to HCE #1.

You may find HCE #2 (combining low max and imax 3) to be easier than Imax 3 on its own. But for workouts 1 and 3, I found them to be a bit harder than the original Imax 3 (although others may disagree). Hope this helps. :)
 
timwatt - thanks for the reply. My main interest are the leg conditioning drills from Kick Max so glad they are there - save me from getting a DVD for one part! Hopefully I can grasp the IMAX 3 stuff. If not, there's bound to be plenty to keep me busy on HC Extreme :) Thanks again, Shana
 
I just did workout #3 from HCE this morning--it was SOOOOO fun! I love how it splits up the blast segment from KM. You do three combos and intervals from Imax 3, then the first 5 blasts from Kick Max, then three more combos and intervals from Imax 3 and then the last 5 blasts from Kick Max. She then goes into all the Leg Conditioning Drills from Kick Max but I stopped there and added on HIS from 4DS because I'm planning on doing legs tomorrow and didn't want to be sore from the leg drills!

It was a kick-butt workout! And it definetely woke me up at 5am today!!

Wow...I forgot about #3 from HCE and I used to do it regularly! It is an awesome workout. I have been in a slump and I really need to get back to my kick butt rotations...

HCE is a great investment!

I totally agree. I think what makes this one a killer is having the interval blasts from Imax 3 back to back with the blasts from Kick Max.

I reach for HCE #3 far more often than HCE #2 if I want an all cardio workout.
