Yes, the full set of leg drills from Kick Max are included in HCE #3 in the last 20 minutes of the workout. This one is my favorite HCE workout, next to HCE #1.
You may find HCE #2 (combining low max and imax 3) to be easier than Imax 3 on its own. But for workouts 1 and 3, I found them to be a bit harder than the original Imax 3 (although others may disagree). Hope this helps.
