Getting us started. Today I will do Burnsets Upper body, abs, and some stretching before I head out of town.
 
Hello everyone! I am back. I got up this morning and did a simple Cardio Coach workout. I chose #1.

I ordered shoes from Roadrunner.com. These are what I got:

Buy Womens Saucony Kinvara 4 Running Shoe at Road Runner Sports in the purple/citron. I love them. They have little shock absorbers on the bottoms of the shoe and you feel like the shoe is hovering over the treadmill. Very cool. Only thing is they feel a little loose in the heel, but after I started running I didn't notice it much. I hope they will be ok.

I took it easy my first time back in two weeks but I think I did really good with this workout. My muscles need to get used to working out again.

Going for a follow-up eye doctor appointment this morning for my mom. She's claiming she's not seeing very well again. :( I hope they can shed some light on this.
 
My mom's eye exam went very well. The doctor said her eye is healing really well and said everything she is experiencing now is normal. He said her vision will begin to improve over the next 6 months. Seems a long time to wait, but I'm sure it will be well worth it. She doesn't have to wear the patch at night anymore and he said when she was done with the eye drops he prescribed her she doesn't need to get a new prescription. So all in all, everything went really well.

Today I did the leg premix of STS Total Body. Had an ok workout. I was so tired when I woke up, I really didn't feel like doing it. But once I got started I did ok.

Today I did one of my Cardio Coach mixes. My goal was to make 3 miles but I didn't quite make it. I've been taking sinus meds at night and they knock me out cold. It's been really hard for me to wake up and get moving. So I'm just glad I did what I did. I'm hoping to be able to stop taking those soon, not sure what's got me all congested lately?

Today I did STS Total Body but did the Upper Body only premix. Had an ok workout. On some of the exercises I did 12/12 reps instead of 16/12 rep in the triset. Went light with the weights.

Boring, I know. Trying to get back into this. I'm not feeling it right now.
 
No workouts other than Monday. They scheduled an MRI for my knee but I may not get it as the insurance says they have 72 hours to give approval. So I will be leaving tomorrow for home and have to reschedule if the insurance doesn't come through
 
I am home. I did not get insurance approval for the MRI yet so I am hoping I can do it here at home somewhere. It was disappointing because I wanted to get to the problem and take care of it. I got Amy's new outs while I was gone. I will have to preview and look at the premixes to see if I can use them now.
