Hardcore 2 month challenge

Okay everyone, we are only a few day's away from starting the challenge. I had a chance to get familiar with the workouts and looking forward to getting some structure in my workouts.
I am going to attempt to do Cathe's weight loss rotation. I never completed one, so I am hoping that checking in with everyone will keep me motivated.
This will be an 8 week challenge and you can check in as often as you like.
I am going to start monday.

I am in on the challenge! When are you starting? Sunday or Monday? I am going to add in some extra running.

I'll be working out with you Monday morning. I am also going to do the weight loss rotation. If I'm up to it I might add some weight work in the evenings.

Hi Guys! I'm up for this challenge as well. Briefly looking at Cathe's rotation, I think I'll do a combination of Strength Building and Fat Loss. At least for this next week, I plan on the following:

Sun: MM, Plus L&G step mania
Mon: HSC, CM #3
Tue: KM, SM
Wed: GS C&T, CM #3
Thu: IMAX3
Fri: GS Legs
Sat: HCE,Hi/Lo, CM #1
Sun: GS BSB, CM#2

I'm going to take my measurements and weight also.

Lately, I've been working out 10 days then have a rest day.

Hi Everyone,
I think I would like to join as well.You can never have to many check ins!:) I currently am checking in at spring into summer check in as well and we are having a 12 weeks and we will post pictures,sort of thing.
I just checked out Cathes rotation but I am not sure which one I would like to do.I want fat loss but I like doing the GS workouts and none of them are incorporated in that thread.What to do,what to do? I will have to make up my mind!
I am with Beverly on this one.I will also be adding running no matter what rotation I pick.If I have time.I just started a new job and the days that I work...thats seems to be all I can do.
Does anyone have any eating plans? They are just as important!

I would love to join too. I think I'll try the weight loss rotation as well. For the 8 weeks are you planning on doing the same rotation twice??? I thought about doing the weight loss rotation for the first 4 weeks and then the strength rotation for the next 4 weeks? Or would I get better results sticking to the same rotation for the entire 8 weeks? Of course, if Cathe posts a April rotation I might just fall off track all together and start that rotation. LOL ;)
 
I'd LOVE to join you!!:D Keep me accountable}( I think I will start the FAT LOSS rotation, and then move into building strength. I plan to start Mon;-)
 
I'm in! There will be other workouts mixed in with Hardcore for me, but HC will figure heavily in my rotation. I'm happy to offer encouragement and motivation, could use a little myself! :D

I'm just starting week two of a 13-week Hardcore rotation based on a P90X-like set-up (which I posted in the rotations forum). I'll check in once a week or so (I'm doing a daily check-in at VF).
 
Hi everyone!

Count me in. I'm currently doing a rotation similar to the strength rotation Cathe posted. I am trying to lose about 1 more size, if that makes sense.

I am in for sure! Starting with the Fat Loss rotation. I might add a little more cardio too. I have been enjoying the GS workouts - so I might have to throw those in there too. I can't imagine not touching those for a few weeks! :)
