I did this workout this morning. If you have done it, you know the weight work isn't much. I am wondering if it would be overdoing it on my upper body if I do PUB tomarrow. What do you think?
 
I wouldn't think so, I think you will be fine. I do like the workout but you are right the weight work isn't much. Go ahead and enjoy PUB tomorrow!!:D :7
 
I have this workout too. I don't see any problem with PUB tomorrow, except of course those biceps....they are tough anyway you do them...:)...Carole
