Today I had an excellent workout. I did P90X Chest, Shoulders and Triceps and went heavy with the weights. I like this workout program because it seems to go by quickly and the rests are not too long in between sets either. Also, there is no set reps, do what you want with the weight that you chose to use. I am walking the pup two miles this afternoon.
