Today was STS Legs with the tri-sets again. I liked this one, good combo's. Was really feeling it toward the end. Like these workouts because they are only 45 minutes long. I skipped the calf work.
Today I did Amy's Hi/Lo Dynamics 54 min, 511 calories hr 141 avg 167 max. I then Did Chalean Extreme abs and ab burner 27 min 141 calories. total time was 81 calories burned was 652
Linda, it is so good having you post again. I really enjoy Kelly Coffey Meyer. I have not been lifting as heavy as I have in the past for quite awhile.
