Dumbbell Military Press - 15's Leg Press Station - 200# Incline Dumbbell Press - 30's T-Bar Row - 60# Concentration Curls - 25# Lying Dumbbell Tricep Extension - 15's Then I foam rolled for about 10 minutes. My body is feeling great!
