Hard Core Fitness Maniacs for Wed Mar 28

Today was total body and had a great workout. Love these 45 minute workouts!

3 sets/8 reps with 1:30 rest between each set.

Dumbbell Military Press - 15's

Leg Press Station - 200#

Incline Dumbbell Press - 30's

T-Bar Row - 60#

Concentration Curls - 25#

Lying Dumbbell Tricep Extension - 15's

Then I foam rolled for about 10 minutes. My body is feeling great!

Today, 20 minutue jog while listening to Candace. STS d-1 chest shoulders & biceps. I really enjoyed this workout this morning, I pushed myself really hard.
