Roselyn - I saw a post a few days ago from you asking about peanut butter balls - is that right? I used to have a great recipe for them - it was actually in a Le Leche League cookbook. I looked and looked for that thing and couldn’t find it, but if I run across it I‘ll post it later. Glad you had a good workout
Lora - Thank you for the links. I will definitely check them out. I have one of Ellen’s workouts and have always liked her, too. And yah - less intense, “feel good” workouts have become essential in my rotations - I should probably take more complete rest days that I do, but movement/exercise grounds me and makes everything else just a little bit easier to handle. I’m pretty sure you (and most of us here) understand this. Gentler workouts kinda save my butt, sometimes

Cheryl - the first time someone (probably a therapist

) told me I had an addictive personality, it really hurt my feelings. I hated that term - sounded awful. I didn't really WANT an "addictive personality," thank you

It was an accurate term for me though - I've got one, so I know what you mean. Now I see it as a helpful piece of information to have, and accept about myself. It sounds like you have too, and are pretty darn good at channeling those potentially destructive energies into getting boatloads accomplished

Re: all the posts about fragrances - We may become the best smelling check in on the forum (immediate post-workout moments not withstanding). No one will know that but us, but WE will know and that's the knows (nose) that counts

. I have High Step Challenge scheduled next week I think. It’s a bruiser alright. You probably needed that cheat day - hope it’s after effects aren’t hard on you today and you have a good one.
Debbie - So glad the splint helps. You and your mom are right there in my prayers already - I’ll keep sending them out though - no question.
Theresa - I really like that exercise line up! Good mix and the order really flows (mind if I copy that one down for later?) I’m becoming a big fan of shorter cardio bursts, too (you might not guess that looking at y’days workout) - good finisher. What did your DH think of today? I’ll type out my last workout when I get a chance. I wanted to save it anyway. There were a couple things I could improve or flip flop, but if nothing else it makes a good template.
Diane Sue -

is right (about the sprinkler guys). I wonder if they got scared because they didn’t really know what they were doing - hence the need for the manual. But in that case of course, they just should have been honest with you. That would have really made me mad. Good workout, though - since you used the word “only” before your max heart rate, I’m guessing you weren’t too happy with that. Do you think working out earlier could have effected it?
I’m doing Muscle Endurance today. I decided to focus on full body (with an occasional 2 day split) and circuit workouts for a little while and then hit Gym Style again.
Have a good morning everyone -
Lori
