Hello! No workout yet today. My big toe on my right food is sore, so I'll probably not do cardio, which was my original plan. Also I think it's time for new workout shoes, so I'll go shopping later. I was thinking of getting Rykas.
Yesterday I went to bar class, although I had to modify a couple things for my toe.
Monday was GS back, shoulders, bis. I wanted to do the whole thing this week, but I genuinely was short on time that day so I just did the timesaver. Then I finished my work and got to bed late. =(
