HARD CORE FITNESS MANIACS FOR WED FEB 23

Today was total body doing supersets. Same workout as last Wednesday in superset form.

Did 2 sets/8 reps with each superset. 1 minute rest between each set.

Workout went quick.

SS #1
Incline Barbell Press - 85# (up 5#)
ss w/
T-Bar Row - 80# (up 5#)

SS #2
Squats - 90# (up 5#)
ss w/
Dumbbell Military Press - 17's (up 2#)
***Should have went to 20's on the presses.

SS #3
EZ Barbell Cursl - 55# (up 5#)
ss w/
Close Grip Bench Press - 80# (up 5#)
***This one was tough. EZ curls aren't so easy!

Then I did the Ab Work from Rapid Fire. LOVE that one! Did the stretch from RF as well.
 
Roselyn-did your son's surgery go well?

Debbie-good work, and I meant to comment on your post from last week. Congrats on the inches lost, etc...It is a nice feeling, yes? :D Also, good work on all the stretching, has it made a big difference?

Yesterday I did Athletic Step and followed that with Patience Hummingbird Yoga from Tony Horton's one on one collection. I liked the yoga and Tony wasn't over the top :D I need to do some more stretching today, my back is bothering me-I guess from hunching? :confused:
 
Roselyn - Nice job with Step Blast. I always get an excellent calorie burn with that one!

Theresa - You do have to get Rapid Fire. I know you'll love it. It is such a fun workout and I can't believe how much I love the ab work. Thanks on my weight loss and inches lost. I feel pretty good about that! Yes, the stretching is definitely helping. Trying to keep it in my rotation. I'll do yoga on Friday. Nice workout yesterday! :)
 
Todays workout was Kelly Coffey 30 Minutes to Fitness Power Sculpting with the quick body refiner 41 min, 292 calories, then I Kelly's 30 Minutes to Fitness Muscle Definition workout 1 and abs 52 min, 279 calories. I finished off with AMy Bento's Hi/Lo Dynamics Intervals only mix 27 min,209 calories Max Hr 164. Total workout time was 2 hrs and calories burned 780.

Morning Guys:)

This morning, I was up bright and early but NO freaking workout, man oh man was I pissed off. My son has his Xbox hooked to my TV I could not figure what to do to get my TV to work. I tried everything but was not reading something about no UBC cord or something I did not want to wake my son.

But, believe me I took full advantage of the morning, my grandkids had stuff everywhere I cleaned both bath rooms, mopped kitchen floor and washed a load of clothes. Oh give myself a clay mask. Any who, I’ll check in tonight after I finish d-19
 
Debbie: I started to, but, after all that fumbling looked up it was 5:15. I was trying to figure out, when I could get my cleaning done. I tell ya, little boys and bathroom :eek::eek: trusts me you don't want to sit.:D But, it worked out fine. I paid to have my system put together so that everything I click turn on.
 
This week I am just picking and choosing workouts by how I feel. I am waiting for the Supreme 90 dvd's to ship before I start a rotation. Hopefully I like them. I was supposed to go watch the new grandbaby but he kept my dd and hubby awake all night so they opted to take turns sleeping instead of going out on a date. So I cleaned house:D It was starting to bother me not having the time. I am hoping to finish getting together tax papers so I can run them to the tax guy along with errands for the shower Saturday. I will have to be done in time to pick up my grandchildren from school.

Roselyn, nice workout choices this morning.

Debbie, the supersets always look good:) How much longer are you doing this rotation?

Teddy, things like that can be so irritating I probably would have done the same thing as you or changed my workout plans. Hopefully you can get your workout in later. At least you used your time wisely;)
 
Diane Sue - I have one more workout this week and then 2 more weeks after. I'm thinking of starting it all over after my recovery week. I am seeing some excellent results with it. I always get great results with this rotation. Glad you had time to clean. And taxes! Ug! I don't even want to think of it! LOL!
 
Surgery went good, he is in a lot of pain today, thanks for asking.

Debbie, if you get time, can you post the rotation you are doing, looking for something new, printed out a few of you old ones, always great rotation!!

Roselyn, so glad your son came through the surgury fine. I hope the recovery is quick and the pain goes away soon.
