Hard Core Fitness Maniacs for Tues May 10

Today I did Kelly Coffye's Split Session, I did the upper and lower, this was a good workout. Then I did Hiit 20TF.

M1-cereal and fruit
M2-turkey sandwich
M3-protein shake
M4-turkey breast, salad w/balsamic
M5-yogurt
 
Hey guys, finally made my way back home:D

This morning, I started my first workout with the lovely Candace,:) I did 45 minutes and dang, that almost killed me. Sunday, I took my grandkids to Forest Hill Park, I wanted to check out their running trail, me like it ;) So closes to where I live, I could walk there. I decided that I did not want to walk this year, getting back into outdoors runs. Good to FINALLY be back:rolleyes::rolleyes:
 
This morning I did Supreme 90 Day Legs 28 min,200 calories, no stretch, day 77. I then did Urban Rebounding Extreme_MT Amy Bento Kickbox Metabolic Intervals Max HR 155, 385 calories, 52 minutes. Total calories burned today 585 and time spent was 80 minutes. I had to run a couple of errands after taking the girls to school this morning.
Yesterdays Meals:
1 berries, kefir, and Myofusion whey
2 MacDonalds Southwestern Grilled chicken that I bought home and added some baby spinach to
3 Schwan's Roasted chicken bites with Schwan's fire roasted vegetable blend
4 Ezekial wrap with garlic and olive hummus and veggies
 
Teddy, good to have you back. Running in a park sounds nice. I see them do that on the paths around the lake all of the time and think that would be nice.

Roselyn, I have been enjoying fitting in Split Sessions. The total body premix was my first time getting the lower body in.
 
Taking most of the week if not all of the week off. I have no desire to workout. Things are work are really stressful and I just want to get through this week.

I didn't end up working out yesterday. For today, though, I went to yoga class and then did the abs from High Reps when I got home.
