Good Morning -
Roselyn - I agree with Diane Sue and Theresa - great work today

.
Theresa - What IS it with electrical devices designed to make our lives easier

Honestly, after my last bout with my handy dandy personal PC, I developed a cold sore, and an eye 'twitch.' Your post made me laugh - I swear 'they' aren't inanimate (all our gadgets). They LIKE to watch us get all plexed out and blow our O rings. It amuses them. I am glad everyone survived your ordeal - good on you for sticking out the frustration to get your workout in anyway (definitely earned extra points). Chalk one up for the humans
Debbie - You have me convinced -- that sounds like a really fun workout. Good stats there, too. My 'work' computer is at home -- I do writing consultation (that's vague, but a clear explanation would be long winded) and also a newsletter for a non-profit org. here in town. My virus protection bonked on me. It wouldn't let me remove/replace it (very weird) - so I had to figure out how to fix the one I had. It wouldn't update or ... anything. Just kept telling me it couldn't find my 'root kit ???' Still not sure what THAT is - I just know it's ... important. I did finally find it (though I couldn't tell you where

) and everyone seems to be communicating just fine now. I am a computer illiterate-idiot (illiteridiot

) and like Theresa, just happy there weren't any casualties.
Diane Sue - I'm anxious to try Intensity but haven't even previewed it yet. If you say it was GREAT, I'm even more curious. You are trying to decide between yoga and computer problem solving??? Those seem like almost polar opposite activities. Are you having problems now? Gawd, I hope not. I'll go back and see if I missed something in a previous post. Hope you get to do the yoga
Yesterday, I did chest and back meso 3, week one. Had a great workout but again, there were quite a few weight adjustments I had to make. This was fine by me

-- I'll repeat this week again though, and probably just go through the whole cycle -- really enjoying it. I also did a 50/10 (work/rest) bodyweight exercise circuit: 25 of them, alternating between lower and upper. It was actually really fun.
Today, I don't know. I only have 2 Insanity workouts left (well, 3 - but one of them is the cardio recovery workout) and I am done with month one. I may do Pure Cardio today, but ... I'm just not sure. Trying to figure out a leg workout to go with this rotation - may do some variation on the squat rack routine -- not quite sure how that will look yet either, though. Also considered doing the Cardio Recovery and some steady state. So. you can tell, I am clearly ... unclear. DS got invited to assist his coach with some younger soccer players. I forgot that was on Monday nights -- so, we didn't get our tree or start decorating. Plan to do that tonight.
Have a good day, everyone.
