I have been wanting to try this new program for awhile, Jamie Eason 12 week trainer. It is hard for me because the first 4 weeks there is no cardio,it focuses on muscle building and using the fuel for muscle building and not for immediate fuel that cardio uses. She explains the program nicely and says it can benefit advanced exercisers as well. This may be hard the first 4 with no cardio, and the rest days, I think there are 2 or 3, but I am thinking it is time to shock my body, I will be modifying some of the excercises with my dvds here but basically following her program. Any thoughts on this body shocking and has anyone ever done this program?
