Hard Core Fitness Maniacs for Tues April 10

I have been wanting to try this new program for awhile, Jamie Eason 12 week trainer. It is hard for me because the first 4 weeks there is no cardio,it focuses on muscle building and using the fuel for muscle building and not for immediate fuel that cardio uses. She explains the program nicely and says it can benefit advanced exercisers as well. This may be hard the first 4 with no cardio, and the rest days, I think there are 2 or 3, but I am thinking it is time to shock my body, I will be modifying some of the excercises with my dvds here but basically following her program. Any thoughts on this body shocking and has anyone ever done this program?
 
This morning I did Jari Love's Extremely Ripped 1000 Hardcore, 73 min, 650 calories. That is it. I have loads to do today.

Roselyn, I think that is the workout series that I started once when Jamie was doing it and they would e mail links to the workout and Jamie's motivational talk. I never stuck with it though. I think I would have to add some cardio anyway. I remember reading that she didn't do much cardio somewhere.
 
Today was cardio and I had a puke status workout. Been a long time since I've had one of those. I chose Cardio Coach Press Play and did the entire workout. It's been a long time since I've done this in it's entirety.

It's hard to believe that both coaches on this workout are gone. I know Jim McClarin wasn't a coach, but he was a true inspiration with this workout.

Anyways, had a great wrokout.

Roselyn - I've never heard of that rotation before but it sounds like it would work. I'd give it a try and see how your body responds to it.
 
I am going to try it, by week 5 she changes the weight routines and adds 30 min. of cardio, right now it is like 6-8 exercises, 3 sets 12 reps, plus the clean eating menus are great I am bound and determined to clean up my eats!!They are not bad but...I need to eat more I know so I am a very visual person and like to see things in front of me so hopefully this will help.
