HARD CORE FITNESS MANIACS FOR SAT MAR 26

Today was cardio, I did Michelle Dozois Cardio Strength, Jillilan abs.

I will post eats later.

Has anyone tried any of the new Tae Bo dvds? I have the older ones and was just wondering how these were, I saw them on Collage.
 
Today was full body. Had a great workout and had energy and lots of strength.

2 sets/15 reps with 2 minutes rest between each set.

Weighted Bench Dips - 30#
Hammer Curls - 15's
Hamstring Curls - 40#
Lateral Raise - 11's
Dumbbell Pullovers - 30#
Flat Bench Flyes - 25's

Then I did 5 sets of 30 second elbow planks. 30 second rest between each set. I know 30 seconds is nothing but they felt like 3 minutes. My ab strength has suffered and I'm going to try and change that with this next 8 weeks. I'm hoping to get 2 ab workouts in a week with plank work being on my Saturday agenda.

Today I did Supreme 90 Total Body 35 min, 244 cal,then I did Supreme 90 Core Dynamics 18 min 126 cal. I finished off with Brook Benton free Trekking 2 treadmill download 49 min, 3.5 miles,468 calories 139 avg hr 160 max. Total time 1 hr 42 min total calories 838
 
So, Friday was Gym Style Legs the standing part and a bit into the floor work. Saturday was an hour an a half yoga class, level 2. I'm rather sore from it today, actually. I didn't get a chance for a workout today, although I did some bicep work since that felt like the least worked muscle group of the week.
