Cardio today, I did Imax 2 and Jillian Michaels 6 week 6 pack, level 2 this is 30 minutes of ab and some cardio, ex: mountain climbers. Woke up to sleet and snow!!
First rest day. Felt really good to sleep in, especially after losing an hour this weekend. I hate time changes. Wish they'd just leave it alone already.
Late check in. Had to go for my physical this morning but still managed a good calorie burn in the time I had My workout this morning was Supreme 90 Cardio challenge 43 minutes, 313 cal..
I then did Cardio core circuit core only mix 7 minutes, 52 calories, I finished with Intensity Bootcamp segment and stretch, 19 minutes, 136 calories. Total time 69 minutes, calories burned 501.
Debbie, I hear you on the time change. I came home from church yesterday and had a long nap. Still slept pretty well last night. DH said there is not a time change in Hawaii. That makes us 5 hrs different.
Roselyn. It was really cold today but at least no snow. Supposed to be warm later this week.
I'm not a fan of the time change, either. Losing an hour of sleep is just cruel. The only silver lining today was that the commute to work was easier. It seems some people are taking their time adjusting and coming in to work late!
No workout for moi today...really tired and just concentrating on finishing my work so I can get to bed at a decent time.
