Roselyn - I like Intensity too. Cathe did a great job with that one. Quite a way to start your morning - good work
I'll probably work out on Christmas Day. It does help with the stress. DS will likely end up over at his dad's in the afternoon, so I'll do it then.
Teddy - Glad you had a great time with family
I don't think there's EVER a time that my bed feels better than right before I have to get out of it (why IS that
???). Kudos to you for doing it and getting in your workout. I think sometimes that's the hardest part. Totally understand about not getting the workouts. I get so caught up in seeing/hearing about new DVD's and equipmnent I think I need when really, I have plenty. Have to remind myself that one of the reasons I work out at home is it's (supposed to be) less expensive than a gym membership. I could easily make that untrue. Anyway - good workout today.
Diane Sue - I am VERY glad you are taking it easy today -- very wise. Hope you continue to be a little gentler with yourself even if you do resume your workouts tomorrow (though I think we should not count on that
). This bout with being sick has sure been a tough one for you. Prayers that you continue to feel better.
I'm probably going to start month 2 Insanity today. Either that, or do something lighter today and resume the rotation tomorrow. I can't remember the exact name of the workout -- Max Plyo Circuit or ... something? The recovery week has been nice and I'm a bit nervous, quite frankly, about the "Dig Deeper" business starting up again. It's definitely a different mindset than the one I'm in now (groggy, overcooked noodle, please -- just need more cofffee
) But -- I will trust that the 'nails for breakfast' Lori is in here somewhere and I surely hope she shows herself later, when I need her
Have a great morning -
Lori
