Good morning -
Roselyn - Very good workout there - liked your cardio chaser, too.
Debbie - Wow. Sort of a surprise to hear about your snow. Considering the time of year, I really SHOULDN'T be surprised, but I'd just looked out the window before reading your post. It's supposed to be in the 50's here today. I think this day got lost on its way to April

I hope you get to stay home - safe and warm. You had a great workout today. Nice job.
Theresa - Sometimes I get doms from yoga/stretching - and it's usually in muscle groups where I don't normally get them at all - maybe from long holds? Dunno - Anyway, have fun love/hating your workout today. Looking forward to seeing what you do
Teddy - Too bad you didn't get to stay home; being out in stuff like that is horrible. I hope your power's back on

Snow shoveling is definitely a workout -- especially if it's as much as it sounds like you and Debbie have. Be careful today
Yesterday, I did Cathe's new Intensity (all the segments). I thought she did a good job with this one - sequenced well and I liked that each section was short -- moved fast from one to the next. I also ended up doing Insanity's Cardio Core and Balance. It's the Recovery workout I'm supposed to be doing this week. It was definitely scaled down from the typical Insanity workouts but still got me breathing and sweating somewhat. You know, I do feel kind of 'fatigued' and probably will ease off the higher impact cardio for the rest of this week to focus on strength training and the Insanity Recovery (all though it does still have some impact in it) -a couple evening's with Budokon/yoga, too. Itching to try the new weight workouts from Cathe, but I think I should spend at least a couple more weeks with the Meso 3 format.
Hope you guys have a good (warm, safe) day.
Lori
