Chest flat bench press w/up 35#

4 sets, 6 reps each

flat bench press 45#
Barbell rows 50#

Chest flys flat bench 20#
one arm row 25#

Incline bench press 45#
Deadlifts 70#

Incline chest flys 20#
One arm horizontal row 25#
 
Had a great Thanksgiving. Went to my mom's and spent the afternoon with her and then we had the kids over in the evening. Very enjoyable. I didn't really do that bad with my eating yesterday so I'm happy about that. It's weird that I've been so bad with eating on the weekends and the holiday is here and I do good.

WTH?

Anyways, I did a cardio workout this morning and had a kickass sweatfest. I chose Strike Zone. Haven't done this one in a long time and really gave it my all.

Almost 500 calories. I was shocked to see this! Like I said, I gave it my all!

Gene and I got one of those pellet stoves and it is awesome. Love it and it is just awesome to sit and read with it on. :D

Hermia - I forgot yesterday, but I did read your post. I broke my big toe quite a while ago on the right side and jammed the one on the left (different occasion). They still give me trouble and I wish I'd had them checked within a reasonable time frame after I hurt them. I hope yours is feeling better. Laughed about your careful avoidance of teenage girls at/in movies. They are quite something. I can't believe I myself EVER actually was ... one of those :confused:. It is not something I'm proud of ;) Hope you had a great Thanksgiving.

Debbie - Great cardio :) and nice to wake up without a turkey hangover. Guess it's a good thing Thanksgiving is on a Thursday? The pellet stove sounds great. If there has to be a winter, it's nice to have things to make it cozy -- I actually like that aspect of the colder months.

Yesterday, I did Insanity Cardio Plyo Circuit and then I did 2/3 of Max Interval Circuit, repeating every circuit (including warm up - which is never a breeze) 2 times instead of 3. That was quite something. Today, I don't know. I have KP & C scheduled -- also a bodyweight circuit (haven't done one of those in awhile). I hope you all have a great day. Any brave soul's among you going shopping? I'll be doing just about anything BUT that -- God's speed to those of you who venture out :confused: :p

Debbie, I did ok eating yesterday too, what is Stike Zone it it kickboxing? I know it is by Tracy Staehle right? Looks like you had a great workout yourself!! I did not go out today, I always find what I need and there are always sales, I guess there are the doorbusters but none worth it for me to get up and get to a store at 4am.

Lori, I live Insanity I find the Max Plyo to be one of the most challenging, I have not done the regular Plyo in awhile but you gotta love that Shaun T.
 
Hey everyone, hope you all had an awesome day yesterday. And no, no Black Friday shopping for me, unless you count internet shopping. (Haven't done any yet, but did see a couple sale emails this morning which I'll check out sometime). It would have to be something pretty amazing for me to brave Black Friday shopping, like nearly free workout dvds and books and clothes guaranteed to fit and look cute.

Yesterday we decided rather last minute to have dinner here (my fiance and roommates). Normally we don't cook full out thanksgiving dinners since we're the "kids" (not really, we're all in our thirties, but to the parental generation we're the kids), but for various reasons, there was no place to go. The guys went shopping (and apparently got mocked for being last minute), then we cooked everything up and ate late evening. I made a pumpkin cheesecake, but we were too full so that will be for today.

My Thanksgiving workout was the timesaver premix on Muscle Max. So far today no workout yet.

Toe's almost all better, and judging from what you mentioned, Lori, and other people, I don't think mine was actually broken, thankfully. I figured it would hurt more if it were, but I've heard that they don't always hurt super bad. So thankful it's not as bad as I thought it would be...I thought I'd be sidelined, but not really.
 
Ok, my workout's done, and not too late in the evening. I did Tracey's High Intensity Step Mix 2 through combo 4, which is a little over half an hour.
