Debbie, TTOM definitely has a way of sapping your energy. I loathe it. Men are so lucky they don't have to deal with it.
I just finished my workout, yay! It is early by my standards. I did the push/pull premix of GS chest and tris, then combos 1-4 of Tracey's High Intensity Step Mix 2, then some yoga based core and stretching on my own for 20 min or so.
