Nice workout Roselyn :) Any big weekend plans?

Yesterday I thought I was coming down with a bit of a cold, but I seemed to hold up fine. I did Elevation II (kettlebell workout) and did 3 sets of each round. Workout time was around 30 min, just the amount of time I wanted to workout today :D
rnd1-dead swings 5/sumo dl 4/swings 10
rnd2-get up sit up 5 per sid...e/chest press to half get up 5 per side/russian twist 20
rnd3-clean and press (1,1,2,2,3,3 r/l)/high pull to snatch 5 per side/dead snatch 3 per side
rnd4-wave squats (basically you lower to stiff leg deadlift and then bend down from there to a full squat) 5/single kettlebell squat 5/ one leg deadlift 5 per side. The workout was short and sweet and fine by me :D

I got it yesterday. Somehow Tracey Staehle is involved but not sure how, she's not in the workout or is even mentioned in it. So I have no clue. But that's how I found out about the workout - Tracey's website.

Awesome workout! Very fun and Susan is an excellent instructor. Easy to follow, great kickboxing moves and great music.

I was a little upset because my HRM wasn't working for some reason. I ended up having to restart it around 7 minutes into the workout. Not sure whats going on with that thing lately. It's making me mad.

It has 4 segments - Shadow boxing, Aerobic Kickboxing, Heavy Bag and Core work. I did the Shadow Boxing and Aerobic Kickboxing section then did the Core work. I loved all the segments. The ab work was brutal. I really liked it. She uses a 6# med ball, I used my 8# one. Really could feel it, especially in my lower abs.

I'll be reaching for this often, I'm sure!

Quick check in:) I’m just getting to work. This morning, I did a slow steady jog while listening to music on my ipod. Man oh man, I had lots of energy, don’t ask:rolleyes: Really tho, I believe it's from the GNC Women’s Ultra Mega vitamins. WOW:p only been taking for a few days. I'll bbl after I finish reports.

This morning I did STS Total BOdy 493 caloris 67 minutes. I had to take the girls to school so when I returned I did MIS w/up, abs, then Turbo Fire Abs 10, finished with MIS stretch and Turbo Fire Stretch 10, 41 min 143 calories. Total time was 1 hr 48 minutes and calories burned was 636. I liked the Total body workout. I sort of felt a little deficient on triceps thought. I guess the dips and tricep push ups was it?? I liked the abs a lot.

Debbie, glad you like that workout. That is one that has been on my want list. I think Cathe posted it somewhere too.

Teddy, glad you have energy?? Something I could use a little more of:)

Roselyn, nice job on the weights.

Theresa, don't get a cold. I can tell you first hand it is miserable.

Debbie, I ordered that dvd too have not got it yet, looking forward to it now.

Going out to lunch with a couple of friends tomorrow and that is about it right now for weekend plans, going to go over my Christmas list tonight and check it twice!! Make sure I have everyone covered and what I need to get.
 
Hello! So glad it's basically the weekend now. =)
I got my new workouts in this week, but I've not been able to do as much of them as I had hoped. They came in tuesday and I didn't have much time to workout, but I realllly wanted to try something, so I did the shortest Inensity premix, the one with the low impact and the bootcamp section. Yesterday I was exhausted so I went to Candle Light Yoga class, and today was High Reps, which I liked pretty well.
