Hi Cathe! I wanted to wish you and yours a happy, safe, and blessed New Year! And those same wishes also go to Chris and the gang at SNM!! It's been a fabulous six months for me, getting to "know" all of you and doing your workouts, and you have quite literally changed my life. So, while I'm lifting my glass of non-alcoholic champagne at midnight tonight, I'll be thinking of you as well, and wishing you a prosperous and blessed 2004!!!
Just also wanted to let you know, I did Imax2 this morning in it's entirely - for the first time ever!! WHEEEEEEEEEEEEEE !!!!!!!!!!
My airborne jacks still need work, but I did them all!! Thanks for your fabulous workouts!! When I think of where I was just one short year ago, the changes are overwhelming. I couldn't have done this without you. THANK YOU !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
