Happy New Year Everyone! It's just after 1am and the neighborhood is rockin. Some fireworks are still going on and the homes are still filled with lights. My kids have long gone to bed, but we're up watching Dick Clarks New Year Show and getting a kick out of watching people have a good time...maybe too good of a time, ha!
I just wanted to stop in and let you all know how important and special you are to me. I look forward to a very happy and healthy 2007 together.
Btw, I have posted the January rotation for all of you who are interested. I know I need it :7

It's nice to see you here with the night owls! It's not nearly as noisy around our neighborhood as in yours, but a lot of lights are on for 2:00 in the morning, that's for sure!

Thank you for helping me "step up my game" when it came time to working out. Thanks to you, I can see a HUGE improvement in my overall fitness level. I started doing your workouts in mid/late July and am impressed with how far I've come. I'm excited to accomplish more in 2007!
Later today, I plan to bring in the new year with Cardio Fusion. You have truly been an inspiration for me! :9
