Wow! I was gone for just a day or two and there's so much to catch up on!
Welcome, Shelley. I've always enjoyed your posts on the OD so I'm glad you've joined us. I chime in every now and again; I have been really busy with work as the busy real estate market is approaching. In fact, I think I responded to one of your posts regarding people that had their own business. You're thinking of starting one, right? As far as workouts go, I mix it up alot. I've gotten a lot of advice from Jen (love her arms!). She gave me the Amy Bento Kickbox Xtreme DVD. Someone asked me how I like it and I do really, really like it. She doesn't have Cathe's form, and there is a bit of a learning curve on that video. But in all honesty, I get one helluva sweat and love some of the combinations she puts together.
Arista: Your venting just makes me smile! I know men can be jerks, but like Anne Matheson said on Knots Landing, unfortunately, husbands don't come in any other gender. I'm very lucky to have married my best friend. He was my first kiss back in 7th grade, about 26 years ago (YIKES!).
Robin: Good news about Greyor!
Michele: Thanks for posting the pancakes. I'll be making them this weekend.
August: How is the construction? Driving you nuts yet?
Jen: I just emailed you.
Diane: Ah, the joys of pregnancy! Are you going to find out the gender of the baby?
Let's see, since I'm relatively "new" I'll give you all a brief history: Married to Ken for 14 years, 3 kids (DD-10 who just broke up with her first boyfriend - she was bored - DS-7, and DD 5. I carry all my weight in my arms and legs (weird, I know). I have to work out almost every day and eat clean most of the time to lose weight. I have my own business, but I've already posted that. And I live up in MN where it will be above freezing on Monday for the first time in 40 days.
Not sure what tomorrow's workout will be. Right now, I'm just too tired to think of much!
