When I do serious deadlifts my right hamstring always seems to feel like it's been strained a little and hurts more than the other. I know that our bodies can be balanced differently and I've tried to compensate by leaning more on the better side which hasn't really helped. Does anyone else experience this??
 
I'd suggest giving the right hamstring a little extra stretch after you do the exercise. You might just be tighter on one side than the other and giving a little extra attention to that side will help it become as flexible as the other.
